Russia, Ukraine, GMO Crops by Laura Aboli

Did you know? (Part 1)

In San Diego, a small, privately-owned biotech company, Epicyte, held a press conference in September 2001 to make an announcement about its work. Epicyte reported that they had successfully created the ultimate GMO
crop-contraceptive corn.

They had taken antibodies from women with a rare condition known as immune infertility, isolated the genes that regulated the manufacture of those infertility antibodies, and, using genetic engineering techniques, had inserted the genes into ordinary corn seeds used to produce corn plants.

“We have a hothouse filled with corn plants that make anti-sperm antibodies” boasted Epicyte President, Mitch Hein.

At the time of this dramatic announcement, which went largely uncommented by the world’s major media, Epicyte had concluded a strategic joint research and licensing agreement with Dow Chemical Company through Dow AgroSciences, one of the three agribusiness genetic seed giants in the US.

The purpose of that joint venture, they announced at the time, was to combine Epicyte’s technological breakthroughs, with Dow AgroSciences’ “strength in the genetic engineering of crops.”

Epicyte had also signed a collaboration with Novartis Agriculture Discovery Institute (Syngenta) and with ReProtect LLC of Baltimore to develop other antibody-based microbicides for contraception.

At the time of their brief public announcement, which they pre- sented as a contribution to the world “over-population” problem, Epicyte estimated the commercial availability of its spermicidal corn would come in 2006 or 2007.

After the press release, the discussion of Epicyte’s breakthrough in creating spermicidal corn which would kill human sperm vanished. The company itself was taken over in May 2004 by a private Pittsboro, North Carolina biotech company.

Rumors were that the research continued on a secret basis because of the politically explosive impact of a corn variety which, when consumed, would make human male sperm sterile.

The global elites are deadly serious about wanting to solve the world hunger problem through the worldwide proliferation of GMO seeds and crops. Only their method to do so is not on the “supply side” but rather the “demand side” – they are out to limit population by going after the human reproductive process itself.

Did you know? (Part 2)

Six years ago, Putin initiated a program to eliminate pesticides and genetically engineered crops from Russia’s fields.

Monsanto had planned to open its first plant in Russia, but in June 2016 Russia’s State Duma adopted a government bill banning the cultivation and breeding of genetically modified plants and animals, except as used for scientific research purposes.

A few weeks later, Putin signed federal law No. 358 prohibiting cultivation of genetically engineered crops. The law also made it illegal to breed genetically engineered animals on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Putin had said he envisioned a future in which Russia would become “the worlds largest supplier of ecologically clean and high-quality organic food.”

He called on the country to become completely self-sufficient in food production: “We are not only able to feed ourselves taking into account our lands, water resources; Russia is able to become the largest world supplier of healthful, ecologically clean and high-quality food which the Western producers have long lost, especially given the fact that demand for such products in the world market is steadily growing”.

Did you know? (Part 3)

One of the things lurking in the background of the war in Ukraine is the issue of agriculture and GMOs.

Whilst Russia, has put a moratorium on GMOs, the puppet Ukrainian government is in favor of GMOs, willing to allow the planting of GMO crops and willing to allow special corporate “privileges” for GMO companies like Monsanto (Bayer).

Despite large protests against GMOs and the foreign corporate land grab, and despite the fact the Ukrainian law had prohibited private sector farmland ownership, Ukraine’s government negotiated a multi-billion dollar loan from the International Monetary Fund that stipulated a removal of the blocks to GMO.

In a 2014 report by ‘The Ecologist’, (years before Russia sent troops into Ukraine in February 2022), it is worth noting the following observation:

“While some in the U.S. understand that the 2014 political battles in Ukraine were over the expansion of NATO and control over energy pipelines to Europe, there was, and still is, an equally large but hidden global battle over GM grains, land ownership and usage, and “food pipelines.”

The so called ‘bread basket of Europe’ may not be holding the type of bread we would want to eat…

I’m just saying…

Note to Readers:

The Deep State players did not limit themselves to vaccinations and bioweapons in an effort to limit human reproduction…

Is it any wonder, Russia wants to get rid of the GMO crops being grown close to the Russian border?

“Corn” in Europe is actually wheat. The Europeans call corn “maize”. Different semantics.
