10 Steps Back – Into to Our 1776 Constitutional Republic Design

1 Restore Treasury issuance: Congress authorizes U.S. Treasury to issue sovereign, asset-backed Victory Notes as the nation’s primary money.

2 Transition existing currency: Federal Reserve Notes remain temporarily exchangeable while new Treasury money gradually enters circulation.

3 Reassign central banking functions: The Federal Reserve’s monetary role is reduced to clearing, settlement, or sunset functions under Treasury authority.

4 Tie currency to productive value: New money enters circulation only against audited assets, production, or retired liabilities rather than expanding debt.

5 Refocus judicial scope: Courts return emphasis to constitutional due process and common-law principles, with admiralty limited to maritime matters.

6 Elevate informed consent: Government contracts, obligations, and administrative processes require clearer disclosure and affirmative consent.

7 Rebuild public finance: Tax structures shift toward simpler, transparent revenue models and reduced dependence on debt service.

8 Strengthen state sovereignty: States gain broader flexibility to participate in lawful asset-based and alternative settlement frameworks.

9 Audit the public balance sheet: National assets, liabilities, obligations, and institutions undergo transparent public reconciliation – continuously.

10 Phase in constitutional restoration: Governance transitions over several years through legislation, judicial review, administration, and public adoption.

Not over one month via the flip of one switch – but in the context of a 3-4 year transition period, it will absolutely be a proverbial “Flippo of the switch” with non-stop “wins” happening on the daily!

Notes to Readers:

Google, Microsoft, and most if not all social media platforms are going bye bye. IMHO, it won’t be any great loss. Telegram will remain. X will be reconfigured. I don’t know what will happen to the blogging platforms like WordPress. All of this will happen during and after the lockdown which could occur at any time now… Most of these software applications were developed by DARPA as the means to spy of Americans 24/7. As part of the surveillance apparatus of the Deep State, they must and will be destroyed.

Being older, I lived for over 40 years before using a computer. I can live without one if necessary although I don’t think that will happen. We will still be connected at least until humanity naturally develops its own latent telepathic abilities.

Save any data you want to keep offline. I have my older photos on camera cards. And some of my work saved onto data sticks. Other than that… what I know is in my own head and heart.
