I am intrigued by this Galactic Federation message relayed through Elena Danaan about how the disclosure of the Solar Warden space fleet is going to happen. The public will be informed that new fleets of antigravity spacecraft are going to be built for planetary defense, but that this will merely be the unveiling of previously built craft from Solar Warden. I agree that this would be the way SSP disclosure is most likely going to happen with the assistance of newer space corps such as SpaceX and Blue Origins:
