EPA vs West Virginia (Commonwealth) case was a major indicator of such an act Donald Trump will eventually perform.
West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency, 597 U.S. _ (2022), was a U.S. Supreme Court case. It asks whether important policies that impact the lives of all Americans, should be made by unelected D.C. bureaucrats or by congress. This SCOTUS decision that ruling by executive agency is no longer acceptable.
So any laws that are on the books that haven’t been passed through congress are void. This includes EOs and government agencies “rules”.
You all want to know why this went under the radar? Because mainstream media was arbitrarily covering the Depp & Heard Trial. They love finding ways to bury real-info.
This latest Supreme Court ruling will allow the demise of the power the EPA. In a landmark case, West Virginia vs. EPA, it was decided that these congress created establishments are not part of the Republic.
This will soon end the FBI, CIA, ATF, DEA, IRS, NIH, CDC, FDA, School Boards and more! So by default this is already done. D. Trump is basically going to finish it off with the announcement.

Ohio v. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)— SCOTUS Blocks Enforcement of EPA’s ‘good neighbor’ Rule
The enforcement of the EPA’s Federal Implementation Plan against the applicant States—whose own State Implementation Plans were determined by EPA to be inadequate because they failed to adequately address certain obligations under the Good Neighbor Provision—shall be stayed pending disposition of the applicants’ petition for review in the D. C. Circuit and any petition for writ of certiorari, timely sought.
Ohio, Indiana and West Virginia — challenged the rule, along with the steel industry and other groups, calling it costly, ineffective, and Tyranical. The rule is on hold in a dozen other states because of the court challenges.
The Supreme Court put the rule on hold while legal challenges continue, the conservative-led court’s latest blow to federal regulations.
GORSUCH, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which ROBERTS, C. J., and THOMAS, ALITO, and KAVANAUGH, joined.
BARRETT, J., filed a dissenting opinion, in which SOTOMAYOR, KAGAN, and JACKSON, JJ., joined.

This American court case will set precedent for getting rid of unelected bureaucrats every where, including Europe. Just imagine… a world without the FDA, TSA, FEMA, IRS, CDC, etc. Sounds like a good start to the necessary pruning of the over-weight federal government. And it is a good start to keeping compromise at play, letting the will of the People dictate what they want in terms of rules and regulations.
