Under Chevron Deference, federal agencies were allowed to do pretty much whatever they pleased. SCOTUS reversed the decision in 2024. Under Constitutional law, all federal agencies are subject to being taken down, especially if abusive against Americans. The CDC and all agencies related to the weaponized medical industry, should be first defanged, then removed, their employees fired without pension and the leadership charged with crimes against humanity.
