It’s a sad fact that most people don’t see their own beauty or potential. The system is built so that everyone is so consumed by surviving, that there is no time to get to the truth about anything, or oneself.
That’s one of the reasons people are always so desperate to find a partner, they hope that someone else might see something in them that they can’t see themselves.
Being ‘seen’ by someone is a wonderful thing of course, but if that’s the only way you find fulfilment, security, recognition and self appreciation, then you are placing too much power in the hands of others.
Knowing yourself is a vital part of achieving happiness; facing the good, the bad and the ugly inside of you, is the only way to self improvement, wisdom and ultimate self-love.
Loving yourself is the only way you will not allow others to trespass your boundaries, your dignity, your respect and your freedom.
People will admire and be attracted to you because you will have finally seen the beauty, the strength and the uniqueness of your own wings and it’s only then that others will see it to.
Life is not about waiting for others to do what you have to do. Only you can make the choice to become everything you can be. Just make sure you are sorrounded by people that will not stop you from doing that.
Every single one of us is born with unique potential, with individual beauty, with divine power and with limitless capacity for creation and love. So start seeing yourself for everything that you are and start working on becoming the most beautiful expression of it.
