This book is the primary source for claims that William Barr operated in Mena under the pseudonym “Robert Johnson.” Reed, a former CIA contractor, alleges that Barr, as a CIA official in the 1970s and later a Justice Department figure, was involved in overseeing or facilitating Mena operations, including drug smuggling to fund the Nicaraguan Contras. The book claims Barr used the alias “Robert Johnson” during meetings or activities tied to Mena, particularly in coordination with figures like Oliver North and Bill Clinton.
Barr was the AG for Bush Sr (career CIA) and was instrumental in the DOJ’s role in covering up the aftermath of Iran/Contra which directly related to Bush Sr’s role in it. Barr’s tenure as Assistant Attorney General (1989–1991) and Attorney General (1991–1993)
Bill Barr was also an attorney for the CIA in the 1976/7 timeframe. This is interesting bc it was when the CIA was money laundering their drug trafficking proceeds in banks like BCCI, Nugan Hand and Castle Bank as well as the Vatican Bank.
Of course you can’t leave out the part where Donald Barr (father) hired Jeffrey Epstein as a teacher. His father, Donald Barr, was an educator and headmaster of the Dalton School.
He was recruited into the CIA while attending George Washington University Law School. He also studied Chinese at Columbia.
After graduate school, Barr joined the Central Intelligence Agency as an intelligence analyst, focusing on domestic policy issues. From 1976 to 1977, he served as a law clerk to the CIA’s Office of General Counsel, gaining early exposure to national security and legal issues.
Barr spent his civilian time as a lawyer for Shaw, Pittman, Potts & Trowbridge. Notable alum at the firm include David M. Rubenstein who co-founded The Carlyle Group in 1987 who employed Bush Sr and Baker and became instrumental in buying significant pieces of major MIC corporations and brought the Saudi elite into Carlyle.
It’s a tightly woven spider web.

Interesting… I nearly moved to Mena, Arkansas or considered it for a short time, even putting a deposit down on one of the charming older houses there. After some thought, I backed out of the contract.
While looking at potential properties outside Hot Springs and later Mena, I was told stories and given vague warnings by real estate agents about the area. I was actually shown the spot where two curious youngsters were killed, probably by CIA agents, when they were caught snooping around the train tracks outside of Mena. I was also driven to the small airport where the CIA planes landed in the midst of their cocaine operation. The airport was to the north of town, isolated, and near a railroad track, which would have been a perfect location for any kind of trafficking, close to the state border, near rail lines and a two lane state highway. All I can say is my guardian angel was looking out for me big time, plus I was given information, vague as it was, that would allow me to connect the dots later on… like now. Providence or whatever you like calling “it” has always steered me to safe settings, not cushy but safe.
Another thing, Mena was struck by a violent set of tornadoes a couple of years later, ripping up a goodly portion of that old railroad town. Karma.
These disclosures are revealing just how long Deep State agents have been infiltrating and working inside our country. As noted above, Bush Sr. was career CIA (once CIA, always CIA or dead). Bush Sr. was also the 4th Reich’s leader of the Nazi infiltration into our country post WWII, with the build-up of the Military Industrial Complex (MIC). During this era, a portion of our government was fully cooperating with the Alliance of Six, the Orion Greys (Eban from Betelgeuse), the Ciakahrr Reptilians (Alpha Draconis) and their other allies. Black projects began to dominate the military. This is when a huge split occurred inside our military, with the Air Force going primarily into the dark projects, starting the U.S. Military Black Fleet, and the Navy being drawn into a more positive direction, cooperating with the Andromedan Council and the Galactic Federation of Worlds. This is why the war… or the Movie, however you want to characterize this military operation, is taking so long. Every single traitor, embedded secret CIA or foreign-controlled agent within the military, federal, state, and local governments has to be plucked out, indicted, arrested, and tried for crimes as enemy combatants. There are thousands… Do the math yourself. This nonsense has been going on for my entire life.
BTW, this article from Real Raw News informs us that William Barr was executed in 2021 by the military, for treason.
