The Empire of “the City” | Three City States: London, Vatican, District of Columbia
The Empire of “the City” consist of three cities which belong to no nation or state and pay no taxes: Vatican City, the City of London (inside London), and Washington DC. Vatican City controls the world through religion, the City of London controls the world through currency, and Washington DC controls the world through force.
The East India Company was chartered by the British royal family in 1600. It made vast fortunes in the opium drug trade with China and became the largest company on earth in its time.
The British East India Company’s council of 300 in time became the Committee of 300. Today, through many powerful alliances, the Committee of 300 rules the world and is the driving force behind the criminal agenda to create a “New World Order”, under a “Totalitarian Global Government”.
The inner circle of the Committee of 300 is the
Order of the Garter, which is headed by none other than Queen Elizabeth II.
These aristocrats decided at the death of Queen Victoria, the matriarch of the Venetian Black Guelphs that, in order to gain world-wide control, it would be necessary for its aristocratic members to “go into business” with the non-aristocratic but extremely powerful leaders of corporate business on a global scale, and so the doors to ultimate power were opened to what the Queen of England likes to refer to as “the commoners”, now known as the global
corporate elite.
Through their illicit banking cartel, they own the stock of the Federal Reserve, which is a private for profit corporation that violates U.S. Constitution and through their many think tanks and social and political organisations they control and manipulate ideologies, policies, societal psychology and the ultimate perception of reality.
All the families listed in the committee are connected with the House of Guelph, one of the original Black Nobility families of Venice from which the House of Windsor and thus Queen Elizabeth II and now Charles III, descend.
In a nutshell:- the Committee of 300, headed by the Queen/King of England, (but not as the sovereign, because the City of London is not part of the UK) controls the world economy via the City of London Corporation.
• The City of London Corporation is made up of 108 Livery Companies, the Worshipful Company of Fuellers and the Worshipful Company of Mercers are two of the most prominent.
• The Bank of International Settlements (BIS) controls the worldwide banking system including the Federal Reserve System and the European Central Bank.
• The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank work to indebt developing nations making them subservient to the developed nations of the world.
The Groups of 7, 20 and 30 act as financial regulators and middlemen servicing Central Banks and Investment Banks.
These regulators are unelected and empower the Financial Terrorists at the expense of the masses. Finally, the Investment Banks and financial services corporations gamble with their clients money with the reassurance that any losses will be paid by taxpayers.

Another little history lesson above, eh? BTW, the Empire of the “City” has been dismantled. All of the verb tenses included in the above article are now past tense, “is” –> “was”.

The Q White Hat military operation was designed to permanently takedown the Deep State, the last remnants of the 13 Black Italian Families like the Orsini (the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, et al), the Black Guelphs (Royal British Family and related aristocrats, et al)… All of these “people” are descendants of the ENLIL line of controllers, hybrid Ciakahrr Reptilians with shape-shifting abilities, who can appear “human” but who are not… fully human.
These beings have controlled nations through their central bank system, through the color revolutions started off by the intelligence community (CIA, Mossad, MI6, 5eyes), through their control of the birth certificate trusts. This entire system has been dismantled and relegated to the dust bin of history. Soon, the transparent QFS financial blockchain system will be activated, taking over for the antiquated and corrupt Swift system of transfer of funds. No more will banks be able to temporarily hold your funds while investing it and making $$ before sending it on to the designated destination.
During the first term of Donald J. Trump as POTUS, he held a worldwide tour of specific nations and leaders, especially visiting Queen Elizabeth. During that now scandalous visit, he walked ahead of the Queen, violating centuries of royal protocol. Then he sat in the seat where Prime Minister Churchill had sat… All of these acts were to communicate the capitulation of the royals to Trump. And these events took place before the Ciakahrr, Orion Grays and their allies were driven out of our solar system in 2021-22.
In 2022, Elena Danaan was escorted by Commander Thor Han Ereydon to attend an extraordinary council meeting, involving the Intergalactic Confederation, and three councils from Nataru Alliance, the Andromedan Council, the Council of Five, and the High Council of the GFW. Elena was taken to a projection chamber by Commander Ardana. Participation was via holographical projection, not physical presence. All such meetings are facilitated through holography for security. You can visualize what a council meeting might look like from the scenes of the Jedhi Council in the Star Wars movies.
There were two factions present. Anu was there broadcasting from his home world, the father of all Anunnaki beings. On either side of Anu’s throne were the two factions. On the left was ENKI, standing along side of the Alliance. On the right was ENLIL, he was restrained. He was strikingly different in appearance than ENKI. ENLIL’s energy field was very different as well.
During the trial, all of the evil deeds of Enlil were solemnly presented to his father, Emperor Anu, by the Tengri Herald of the High Council of the Galactic Federation of Worlds. The recital took a couple of hours as the list of ENLIL’s misdeeds was very long… along with animated descriptions of the misdeeds, from 372,000 years B.C.
At the end of the trial, Anu decided to take custody of his son, Yuh. was announced that Prince Yuh and the Pindar would be placed on isolated prison planets. The GFW and other advanced cultures in our galaxy do not use capital punishment against their prisoners. Each prisoner is given the opportunity to seek redemption for themselves or not. Being of a contrary and angry nature and having a low frequency consciousness due to his Ciakahrr ancestry, Yuh will, no doubt, refuse to bend the knee and will thus be stuck on his prison planet for the rest of his very long life.
During the trial, Elena and her companion, Oona, saw Emperor Anu of the Anakhim Empire present at the judgment against his second son, Prince Yuh. His first son and now the Crown Prince, Ea, was also present. The Pindar, the Ciakahrr representative of the Ciakahrr controlling faction over Ki was also there. Both Yuh and the Pindar were shackled and under control. This was the culmination of the removal of the top of the pyramid with the All-Seeing-Eye of control and domination over Ki (Earth / Terra) and the solar system. The son of ENLIL, Ninurta, was also removed from our solar system.

This is important information that can put to rest any concerns about an alien invasion of our solar system and/or planet. The Enemy has been defeated and removed from our solar system. All that remains are the ENLIL faction of humans on Earth, which is now being removed from power by the Q White Hat military operation involving the Earth Alliance, the combined forces of Solar Warden and the motherships present from the GFW.
The Orion Gray’s Queen Hive AI was successfully destroyed by the introduction of a virus after eight Eban officers were caught attempting to escape the solar system via a portal located near Saturn. They were flash frozen and placed into stasis to prevent the Queen from disabling their connection to the Queen Hive AI. A science officer, Denethor, abroad one of the six GFW motherships extracted the access code for the AI and sent a virus to the Queen Hive. This act caused an immediate collapse of the Hive and thence a collapse of the control network that kept the vast Orion Empire intact. Since then, the Orion Zone has been under the control of the benevolent Council of Alnilam and the watchful eyes of the military arm of the Galactic Federation of Worlds.
Without the presence of the Ciakahrr and the Orion Greys, the Nacht Waffen was isolated. It is still a factor in the galaxy but will not be allowed to re-enter our solar system. This is the breakaway faction of Nazis who were instructed by the Ciakahrr on how to construct space-faring ships. Before 2021, they had bases on Antarctica, Ceres and other planetoids in the Sol System. Cast out by the Earth Wars of 2021, they still remain as an irritating presence in certain star systems but are now basically alone, without outer support.

History is being played out while we watch. The next couple of months are going to be “interesting” as mass arrests take place and military tribunals are publicly telecast. Expect great changes to occur before the 250th Anniversary of the founding of the Republic of the United States is celebrated on July 4th, 2026.
