SCOTUS Takes Up Trump’s Challenge to Birthright Citizenship | Joe Lange

No surprise at all, that the Supreme Court would take up this issue.

That should be huge SIGNAL.

This decision will finally protect the meaning and value of American citizenship.

Too many people assume that past decisions are set in stone and that the constant media narrative is the truth.

The Constitution CLEARLY states that there are TWO requirements for a person born in the United States to be a citizen.

“The United States is one of roughly 30 countries, including Canada and Mexico, that offer automatic citizenship to nearly everyone born there. Birthright citizenship was added to the Constitution in 1868 when the 14th Amendment was adopted following the Civil War. The section of that amendment known as the citizenship clause provides that “[a]ll persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

Did you catch that?

The two conditions for birthright citizenship are that you have to be born in the United States AND (key word) SUBJECT to the jurisdiction of the United States.

Sorry.
If your parents aren’t citizens of the United States, then they are SUBJECTS of some other country and so are their children, whether they are born in the United States or not.

This decision is set to come down some time in June, right before the 250 year anniversary celebration of our country.

Just a coincidence?

~T edit: And, don’t forget, the 14th Amendment was never properly ratified as per the original 1789 Constitution for the United States. I am personally looking forward to this ruling. We are getting very close to the public learning that the original 1789 Constitution, the law of the land, is very different than the 1874 [crown] Maritime Constitution, and are very different……this could be what opens the door.

Notes to Readers:

Once this illegal birthright clause is clarified by SCOTUS, there will be no incentive for illegals to enter this country in hopes of gaining citizenship for their progeny birthed here.

The original 1789 Constitution granted American citizenship to the children of the newly freed slaves, who were already under the jurisdiction of our country.

It should be interesting to see how this decision plays out as the citizenship birthright has been played by the Deep State Democrats (and RINOs) for a long time. It is just one of the laws that are being clarified now, in order to re-establish the true Republic under the original 1789 Constitution.

You’ll hear a lot of screaming from the Dems and their controlled MSM if the SCOTUS decision shuts down this loophole for good. This isn’t about politics. This is about establishing the sovereignty of our nation from foreign interference and invasion.
