The Supreme Court rejected Trump’s request to deploy the National Guard to Chicago.
Trump tried to do it nicely, but now he will have no choice but to declare a national emergency and invoke the Insurrection Act to deploy the US MIL/NG to Chicago and other Democrat cities.

Holy shit I think it’s actually happening.
I am reading through the Supreme Court ruling in Trump vs. Illinois, and they ruled that Trump needs to invoke the Insurrection Act in order to send the troops into Chicago.
Kavanaugh in his dissent even says that this ruling “could cause the President to use the US military more than the National Guard”.
The Supreme Court just admitted that Trump has the authority to invoke the Insurrection Act to bypass Posse Comitatus and send the troops to Chicago, and any other city he wants.
Trump tried to exhaust every legal avenue possible before resorting to the Insurrection Act, but the Dems resisted and refused to cooperate.
Sounds to me like Trump just got the green light. INVOKE THE INSURRECTION ACT!

To make it simple for everyone:
The Posse Comitatus Act prohibits the usage of federal military forces to enforce domestic laws within the United States.
However, there is an exception to the Posse Comitatus Act, known as the Insurrection Act, which allows the President to bypass Posse Comitatus in the event of insurrection. Mind you, the actions of Pritzker and Johnson over the last few months, openly engaging in rebellion and refusing to enforce the laws in Chicago, meet the legal criteria for “insurrection”, which is also extremely vague and essentially up to POTUS’ discretion.
In conclusion, the Supreme Court confirmed that if Trump wants to send troops to Chicago, he will need to bypass Posse Comitatus by invoking the Insurrection Act.
Meaning, that the only thing standing between Trump legally sending troops to Chicago, and any city he wants, is a public proclamation that he is invoking the Insurrection Act and a public warning for the insurrectionists to disperse, before sending in the troops.
So until Trump publicly announces that he is invoking the Insurrection Act, he’s not allowed to send the troops in. But all he has to do is give the order. It takes two seconds.
Trump has confirmed many times that he is willing to do this. Here he is on 10/6/2025 saying he will invoke the Insurrection Act if he has to.

Trump: I’m sending troops to Chicago.
Supreme Court: You can’t do that… unless you invoke the Insurrection Act.
you are here
Trump: Okay, guess I have no choice but to invoke the Insurrection Act.

Trump already invoked the insurrection act, Jan06, 2021. He told us at the Ellipse, fulfilling the requirements when he told us to all go home, peacefully. I’ve discussed this here many times.
For those claiming that Trump cannot invoke the Insurrection Act because “there is no insurrection”:
POTUS has unilateral authority to declare an insurrection, without Congress or upfront judicial review.
If POTUS decides it’s an insurrection, it’s an insurrection.

Notes to Readers:
In reading, the public phase of the operation is being played for the benefit of the normies. The justice system is already powerless as Trump invoked The Insurrection Act months ago. He had to go through the motions to bring understanding to the people, to see if the support was there, and it is. The military will soon be present in the worst blue cities… and there is a chance that we’ll all go into lockdown or martial law. How exactly will this play out? I don’t know. Even experienced intel providers like Tironianae don’t know the timing. So, hang in there or focus on your own spiritual work instead. What is going on really isn’t for those who have already woken up.
This is going to be an interesting Christmas.
