Dearest Ones,

Let’s contemplate REFLECTION and REJUVENATION. Reflection is a mirroring effect. It is the ability to ponder, analyze and assess. These are brain based functions, often attaching subjective judgments. However, there is a different type of reflection, it’s heart centered. This FEELS like a loving parent kissing scraped knees and wiping up spilled drinks. Life is messy, especially in 3 and 4D. Bumps and bruises happen, roads sometimes lead to dead ends. Life has a tendency to run you in circles, then leave you tired and dizzy. Reflection here… is to meet you where you’ve been and where you are now, with compassion. It is what it is… messy, and that’s alright. It’s difficult to keep a tidy home in a hurricane. However, the storm always passes and there are new beginnings. Life may not look the same after the storm. It probably won’t feel the same either, but neighbors help neighbors, and family rallies together. The best of humanity shines bright and one step at a time, a new dream forms, a new path is forged, and rebuilding begins.

Reflection refocuses our priorities, realigns us with intention and purpose, and chooses to leave behind what no longer serves us. Look at your life, the world, and at others with the perspective of God/ a loving parent. Patience can be tough some days, but you never give up on your child, so don’t give up on yourself. Wipe up the spills, tend to your wounds. And give yourself a hug. Reflect upon your journey and focus on how far you’ve come and how much you have learned/ remembered. Pick yourself back up and try again, and again, and again- God knows you can do it. God continues to refill your glass and kiss your wounds.

Please also remember, reflections can be distorted, like a tree’s reflection in rippled water. The water must calm before a true image appears. Also, a reflection is never, nor ever will be, a full representation of your reality. There will always be distortions, proportions will be askew. This is the experience when one looks back upon their life. Memories lack the surrounding pressures and circumstances. It is a snapshot, that often does not include the exhaustion and confusion, the overwhelm of the storm. We ask you to give yourself Grace, knowing you did your best in each moment. Love yourself through it all. The storm will end, the waters will calm, people will come together, and a new future, with new dreams will be born. Sometimes, wiping the slate clean, down to the foundation, is the best way to move forward. Everything new, nothing but possibilities.

Now, let’s address Rejuvenation. After a storm of such strength and duration, disbelief settles in. Thoughts are scattered, emotions are drained. A pause is necessary… required. A time to just stand amongst the rubble and take it all in, to process.

Yes, there is a calm before the storm, and chaos during it , but there is also a calm afterwards. The loud silence. Is it really over? What do we do now? Where do we go from here, and how do we start?

Pause. Rest. A deep exhale, followed by a cleansing inhale is needed. Several. Allow for clarity to come. Allow for the realignment to take place, compasses need resetting.

You’ve been fighting, preparing, waiting and hoping for so long. Rejuvenation is the self care necessary after the chaos subsides. Rest, true rest…. Not dolphin rest, with one eye open and half your brain still on alert. Not resting while checking your phones and waking with an urgency of if you missed something and how much catching up you need to do. No, true rest. The rest that settles in deep and allows your nervous system to relax, your shoulders to drop down, and the little moments of life to hold value again. Allowing yourself to notice the bird in the tree and the beauty of each snowflake. Slowing down to hear the laughter of the children and feel the joy of your pet when they see you.

Breathe slowly and deeply, knowing you are safe. There is nowhere you need to be, and nothing you need to do. Just BE.

It is in this state that we can feel peace and fill with gratitude. It is here that we can connect with God, not in fear, but co- creation and love. It is in this state that we can allow all to unfold for our highest and greatest good. We will not run around without purpose or direction, but step forward in complete alignment, with direction and vision.

When peace is within, it manifests around us. When love and gratitude is our set point, we magnetize ourselves to more love and more to be grateful for. In order for there to be a reflection, there must be a projection and an observation of it. Do you wish to project and witness chaos, or prepare yourself, settle yourself, align yourself with the clarity and attunement to your highest outcomes?

Rejuvenation is the realignment phase. The part where we no longer “chase” things, but calm ourselves, love ourselves, and connect to ourselves and God, in a way that creates miraculous dreams…then projects them out to manifest.

Rejuvenation is more than rest, it is a reset and rebuilding from within. It is the clean slate with all options available, and all of the energy of God to back you and sustain you. Rejuvenation is a new beginning. Your new life and world await you, but first, the storm must be allowed to pass, the waters calm, true reflections to emerge, realignment and purpose with clarity to rise, and love, gratitude and the strength within to move forward without fear, to become the foundation on which to build upon.

We ask you to settle in, don’t rush, and allow the storm to cleanse the slate. Reflect and rejuvenate, KNOWING the Best Is Yet To Come.

Be well 🤍
