The alien craft is probably a space ark from the Intergalactic Confederation, highly advanced beyond the capabilities of the Nataru galactic space ships. This is a discovery of high importance AND it’s not the only space ark to have been discovered on Terra. Russia has control over two, there’s a space ark located in the mid-Atlantic, possibly others in America and elsewhere.
