Well, I fit into that timespan.

Ascended beings are souls who have completed their evolutionary cycle within their original chosen planetary matrix. When their evolution is complete, they can choose to remain or incarnate on other planets. These are typically old, experienced souls.

Some of my readers are Indigos, too, although I was told once that I’m actually on the Violet Ray whatever that means.
