Airports fall under federal jurisdiction — interfering with operations, breaching security zones, or targeting federal agents can lead to serious federal charges.

Anarchists thinking they can show up and disrupt or mess with ICE agents at airports are in for a big surprise — the charges hit a lot harder inside an airport than they do outside.

I also believe this includes anarchists that are posing around as press.

At the moment, the circus is in town at multiple airports throughout the country. Some of the people that are there are literally anarchists with press passes. They will antagonize and harass Agents and then claim it’s their first amendment right.

When ICE is in position at airports, everything changes. Anyone threatening or harassing federal officers on duty is bound to find out real quick the limits of the First Amendment. And these ICE agents can arrest any and all illegals attempting to use airlines, arrest, detain, and deport.
