Executive Order 13959, signed by President Donald Trump on November 12, 2020, declared a national emergency to address the threat from securities investments that finance Communist Chinese Military Companies (CCMCs). The order prohibits U.S. persons from purchasing or investing in the publicly traded securities of companies identified by the U.S. Department of Defense as supporting China’s military, intelligence, and security apparatuses.
Although EO 13959 was amended by President Trump in January 2021 (via EO 13974) and subsequently superseded by President Biden’s EO 14032 on June 3, 2021, the underlying national emergency remains in effect. The original order relied on Section 1237 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1999, designating companies through the Department of Defense, whereas the later EO 14032 expanded the scope to include the surveillance technology sector and transferred designation authority to the Secretary of the Treasury.

What is important is the Treasury Department is mentioned not the Federal Reserve. The latter was owned and controlled by the Rothschilds, The Crown, the City of London, and the Vatican. It is now defunct and actually has been since 2021. This move is the public level disclosure of what has already taken place, there is a new financial system coming and America, for the first time in over 100 years is going to be able to print its own money. The new financial system will also be backed by physical assets like gold and silver, to name a few. This is going to affect EVERYTHING.
