After a relatively dry March, April opened with nice rain cleanse here in SoCal. The Schumann Resonance has been calm, giving us space to integrate the intense, storm-like energies we moved through last month.

Now, as we step into a resurrection phase — a rebirth — this energy is encouraging us to rise. To overcome our challenges, not ignoring them. To evolve.

The collective consciousness is more plasmic than ever, as the shift wrecks and dismantle old belief systems. For many, this comes with great confusion, chaos, or emotional turbulence. But this discomfort is part of the process. The collapse of outdated structures — even in the softest crash landing — was never meant to be smooth or easy.

There’s fragility in the current system, and the turbulence will intensify. People are feeling it mentally, physically, emotionally. Fatigue has become widespread. Even those who seem to “have it all” are being confronted with deeper, unbearable, internal voids.

This is truly a Dark-to-Light transition.

What was once hidden is coming into the open. Masks are falling. Truths are surfacing. All things done in the shadow — in secrecy — are being revealed. And behind the scenes, major shifts continue to unfold and the New World Order is getting a massive make-over.

These powerful energies — strong enough to crash entire global systems — are also available for personal transformation. Not just in short, occasional moments of mindfulness or meditation, but continuously. 24/7.

But availability doesn’t equal integration, or even absorption.

It takes intention. Awareness. Practice.

Practice makes perfect but many are still not practicing their inner work. This phase is asking us to deepen our connection to our own energy — to understand it, work with it, and ultimately master your energetic body and field.

Only if you want to thrive in this here and now. To lead the collective on this ascending path. To be part of the 144.

What is your state of being?
What is your inner observer noticing?
What messages are coming through?
How can you evolve — internally and externally?
