Evolution occurs alongside challenge. This is the cosmic cycles. Study the Yin / Yang symbol of the Chinese. It says it all. Dark to Light, switch… Growth takes change, transformation. To ascend in frequency means you must allow adaptation, transcending all prior settings and beliefs. Without change there is no growth. Observe the seed placed deep beneath the ground, breaking through and into the light reaching for the sun. The seed for transformation exists within you, too. Go within and seek it out.
