Eliza: Artemis Accords vs Artemis Missions, June 1, 2023

I wrote this article in an attempt to address one of the comments made on the article on the Artemis Accords:

Back in the day, probably like 20 years ago, I remember reading an article about how three scientists owned the mining rights to the moon.  It made me chuckle because who gave them those mining rights in the first place?  Who owned the moon before or now? All for commercial profit of whom? What is on the moon we need to use?  How long can they mine the moon before that is expended or used up, or has mining been going on anyway for a long time? These are questions that come to mind, not asking anyone person, but it does bring up many questions.

Up until the Western calendar year 2021, the Moon, aka Luna, was under the control of the Nebu.  It was also used by the Nacht Waffen, the Dark Fleet of the renegade Nazis, the Ciakahrr, humans from Altair, the Taal Shiar from Jayha (Alcyone), Anunnaki from the Jadii system (Aldebaran).  One of the most powerful corporate entities is the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate or ICC.  All of these organizations and races were heavily involved in an intergalactic slave trade.  Terrans, both civilians and soldiers, were kidnapped and taken into slavery to be used as workers and super soldiers on various planets and moons within this solar system and beyond. Study the experiences of Tony Rodrigues, Rebecca Rose, James Rink, and other secret space program abductees for further information on these experiences. Elena Danaan was an abductee, but has since experienced contact with benevolent ETs on numerous occasions.

Up until mid-2021, the Nebu held bases on Luna, Tyr (Mars), Ceres, and Saturn.

I would propose the story about three scientists having mining rights to Luna to be disinformation… besides being rather a joke, since “officially” NASA had not returned to the Moon since the early 1970’s.  Officially they weren’t allowed to visit the moon (publicly) but black project secret space program personnel, as well as regressive aliens and humans routinely passed through the Lunar bases on their way to other assignments.

Luna is not original to this solar system.  According to Alex Collier, the moon was tractor-beamed into position a very long time ago by the Andromedans.  About 50,000 years ago, the Nebu developed a base inside the moon, which is hollow in places, but they were driven out of the solar system by the Intergalactic Confederation in about 26,000 B.C.  When the Nebu returned to this solar system in the 1950’s, they rediscovered and reactivated their ancient technology.  The Nebu worked in concert with other regressive factions including the Enlil/Ninurta Anunnaki and were given permission to place technology on Saturn. The Saturn device was a cube that broadcast a signal that connected to the Orion Hive, was connected to the tech on Luna, which in turn broadcasted an array of low frequency directed towards Terra.  When the GFW and the Earth Alliance freed Luna of the Nebu, all of this old technology was confiscated and dismantled. At interesting note… the cube on Saturn was called a Ka’baa. Where on Earth is such a cube found? Food for thought…

According to occasional updates from Elena, the Earth Alliance is now in control of Luna and its various bases, on the surface and within its interior.  Military personnel are posted in the bases.  There are various factories present inside Luna where Terran personnel (non-military) are manufacturing and building the new technologies, including the med beds and replicators.  With Terra’s present status as a Level 2 world, our Galactic allies can give us assistance by handing over plans of various technology, but Terrans are required to build it, thus skirting the Non-Interference clause in the Prime Directive.

In order to visit any of the Lunar bases, you have to have special clearance, although visitors from the GFW do sometimes visit to see how things are proceeding.  All of the technology being built on Luna will be released once the Deep State is fully out of power on Terra and not before.  This development is event-driven, not date driven.

From what I have read, the med beds will continue to be owned and supervised by the military.  Operators with medical backgrounds are already undergoing training on the devices. No private persons will be allowed to “own” a med bed.  The sessions will be “free”, but there will be a suitable charge for the services provided by the personnel performing the procedures.  Appointments are to be made (triaged) according to medical needs, especially for the first couple of years.  No corporations will be able to “own” the med beds. Although the Nebu mainly controlled Luna, the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate attempted to gain control of the moon, to no avail, as the ICC, the Nebu, and all of their Alliance of Six allies and associates were driven out of the solar system in 2021 after intense fighting.  Although a human corporation, the ICC was kicked out of the solar system due to its regressive nature and use of slave labor.

I do not have any information on alleged mining operations being done on Luna.  It is already hollowed out and extremely ancient.  There is some speculation it could have even been an ancient battle star (ship) a very long time ago but was already extremely old when the Andromedans dropped it into this solar system to balance out the alignment of the various planets. COMMENT: NASA-Artemis missions to send man and woman of color to the moon, then to mars.

The Artemis Missions are different than the Artemis Accords. The two are not associated as far as I understand. Artemis 2 (officially Artemis II)^[4] is the second scheduled mission of NASA‘s Artemis program and the first scheduled crewed mission of NASA’s Orion spacecraft, currently planned to be launched by the Space Launch System (SLS) in November 2024.^[1] The crewed Orion spacecraft will perform a lunar flyby and return to Earth. Please note the Artemis missions are designed to perform a flyby – no actual landing on the lunar surface.  If they were to land, well, there would be a lot of explaining to do as to why Terran personnel are already present.  I just love the way the military keeps everything highly compartmentalized.

One of the greatest worries for the White Hats, IMHO, is the fact that any and all cooperation with off-world entities, regressive and benevolent, has been diligently hidden and kept under wraps by the military, especially those associated with elements in the Deep State.  I feel this information will have to eventually rise to the light of public scrutiny, but the military is going to explain why the secrecy has been kept for over 70 years now.  It is for a variety of reasons, the primary being the Deep State was working with the regressives in their ultimate design to replace humanity on Terra with human-Gray hybrids, and in the case of the Ciakahrr, Reptilian-human hybrids.  It was also intended to clone humans into transhuman cyborgs to be used as invincible super soldiers by both the Nebu and Dracos, in their galactic conquest.  Having clones containing Terran human genomes would allow the clones to access higher densities and travel interdimensionally, the dreaded dark future foreseen by the Zenae seers through Looking Glass technology.

About the usage of “Artemis” for the title of the moon missions… it is really quite appropriate as the Greek goddess Artemis was identified as a lunar goddess, along with Hecate and Selene.  The Greek god Orion was a favorite of Artemis and is now the name of the rockets being used in the Artemis missions.

The Artemis Accords are a separate affair, agreements and treaties made between various space-faring nations, those who have legitimate space operations.  It is related to the earlier Jupiter Accords made between the GFW and the Earth Alliance, wherein plans for future cooperation between the benevolent Galactics and the Earth Alliance were hashed out. Negotiations are ongoing between the Earth Alliance and the GFW.

As for Mars, when the ICC, Nacht Waffen (Black Fleet), the Ciakahrr, etc. were run off of the planet by a Martian rebellion (aided by the GFW who gave them weaponry), the Terran colonists originally brought to the planet mostly as slaves were suddenly freed.  Most of them decided to remain on Mars (Tyr) along with two other groups of beings, some friendly Reptilians, and Insectoids.  Elena Danaan covers these developments in her book, We Will Never Let You Down (2021).

I don’t know if the NASA Mars mission will actually land on the Martian surface, but there are already former Terrans living there.  Also, colonists from Alpha-B Centauri are setting up colonies on Tyr and will be assisting the Terrans present by terraforming the planet so it can sustain life better.  The Selosi are what we would call “tall Nordics”, having pale skin and white hair. They have also had a presence to this day on Terra itself, as they can pass as very tall pale-complexioned humans.  This ET human race will also be one of the first to physically land here on Terra when true open disclosure can proceed.  On Mars, they will be building biodomes for the residents, and cooperating with developing technologies useful for the arid Martian environment.  If you ever heard about “Mars-quakes”, it will be the ongoing terraforming operations that will alter the face of that barren planet, making it more suitable to sustain a larger population.

I can’t address any past comments or reports made by Steven Greer.  I don’t trust him entirely as he has associated with Deep State actors in the past.  I do believe he has been sincere in wanting true disclosure to come forth, but due to pressures coming from the Deep State and U.S. military, these efforts have been largely thwarted.

I don’t think our former controllers, the Nebu and the Dracos, ever meant Earth humanity to know their own origin, potential, or to reveal the technology that has been used in the secret space programs at least since the 1930’s.  In the United States alone, it is rumored there is over 6,000 patents that were classified and withdrawn from their inventors.  Some of the inventors were harassed and others killed to prevent them from sharing their secrets.

Those artificial barriers to future innovation in technology are being removed.  It is important that we also advance in our consciousness and become a world at peace.  Technology and spirituality must be of equal value for our world to become fully balanced.  Our Galactic friends will teach us the ways to attain this inner and outer balance, so we can defend ourselves and our solar system, and cooperate with other evolving worlds throughout Nataru, our beautiful galaxy.
