Geoengineering – Military Control of the Weather
Environmental modification techniques have been applied by the US military for more than half a century. US mathematician John von Neumann, in liaison with the US Department of Defense, started his research on weather modification in the late 1940s.
During the Vietnam war, cloud-seeding techniques were used, starting in 1967 under Project Popeye, the objective of which was to prolong the monsoon season and block enemy supply routes along the Ho Chi Minh Trail.
The US military has developed advanced capabilities that enable it selectively to alter weather patterns.
From a military standpoint, HAARP, High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program, is a weapon of mass destruction, operating from the outer atmosphere and capable of destabilising agricultural and ecological systems around the world.
Weather-modification, according to the US Air Force document AF 2025 Final Report, ‘offers the war fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary’, capabilities, it says, extend to the triggering of floods, hurricanes, droughts and earthquakes.

This video is nearly 2 hours long, but excellent if you want to know the truth about the Deep State faction that had control over our military and intelligence communities for decades. Personally, I’ve known about military cloudseeding since the 1950’s when I overheard my veteran father chatting with a bush pilot (probably ex-Airforce). And I have made numerous personal observations watching these usually unmarked jets flying overhead marking the skies up with white trails that blended together to create artificial overcast skies. And I have observed HAARP signatures in the skies which indicated further manipulation of weather patterns.
What the Deep State controllers never wanted humanity to do was to trust themselves, to listen to their intuition, their knowing that comes directly from Source. And the first requirement to wake up in this world is to learn how to listen to your intuition, to learn self-observation, to question the narrative, to be courageous enough to step out of the unseen prison of mental conditioning.
Some of us always had a propensity to question, to be curious, to be bored by the latest fad or popular beliefs. I’ve always been one of these people. Perhaps you have been, too, or you wouldn’t be reading these words.
We must learn to trust ourselves, the inner Self, and hold that internal knowing up in comparison to what is thrust upon you. True freedom only comes when you are self-aware, comfortable in your skin. It can be a lonely road for those whose feet find it first, but now, as more people awaken, every bit of loneliness and pain has been worth the struggle.
I found this video posted on Laura Aboli’s Telegram channel. Laura is a mother, entrepreneur, international speaker, author, and a gracious woman. She is also European, so presents a different point of view from most Americans, but one I understand and appreciate.
In the end, it is always up to you, the reader, whether you want to read, listen, ask questions, look for patterns and signals, and to see beyond the general programming and CIA mind games. It takes courage to step beyond, but this is what it takes to truly accept your own power and inner divinity. Waking up is not about angels, fluffy wings, ascended masters, and other bullshit… it is about realizing that YOU are a fractal of Source itself. Trust yourSelf. In the end, it is the inner journey you must travel upon in order to break through the fear of being different.
If anything triggers you, it is meant to be examined by self, through introversion, inner thought and contemplation. Yes, seek outer conformation, but listen to the guidance that comes from within. It will point you in the right direction so you might overcome resistance to the Truth.
My personal journey has been about self-acceptance. Much of it has been spent alone by choice as I do not resonate with “noise”, despite being forced to live within it in the midst of modern society. This includes stepping away from family and former friends who chose not to understand my need to explore the inner roads of spirit and meaning. I’m not asking for anyone to follow in my footsteps or to believe what I share here. If you stumble upon these digital words, so be it. If you depart, that’s your choice, and take my well-wishes with you.
Meanwhile, know that our world is undergoing a tremendous upheavals as old systems of belief are collapsing and other paradigms are beginning to emerge. Visualize the world that you want to see and eventually, you will experience it. This is how powerful spirit is when encased within physical form.
BTW, the U.S. Air Force was heavily involved with the regressive ETs, to the point of developing the Dark Fleet which has had space capabilities since the 1950’s and has established bases and colonies in other planets and solar systems. You can do your own research on this U.S. military involvement with extraterrestrials who did not have humanity’s welfare in mind by reading the books of Dr. Michael Salla and others mentioned in his notes. The creation of the Dark Fleet was one of the reasons why the Andromedan Council requested military support from the Galactic Federation of Worlds to target our planet and solar system in order to free humanity from the grip of these nefarious interlopers. It’s a long story, but one that humanity must learn in order to free themselves from the propaganda that has for too long been served up as truth and is only now being shown as a false matrix built of lies.
Trump and the military commanders (the White Hats) who saw the truth a long time ago are the tip of the spear, acting as the planetary coalition to undo the damage done by those who were not invited here, those who sought to control humanity’s future and who have now lost everything.
Breathe, folks… the tide has turned although it may not be evident to those who still suffer.
