
Water is Listening – Nightly Practice for Energetic Cleansing 🌙

Today, we will cover a complementary nightly practice that leverages water’s receptive nature to help cleanse the energetic environment of your sleeping space. 🛏✨
Nightly Water Practice for Energetic Cleansing
Before bed:
⬧ Fill a clear glass with clean water 🥛
⬧ Hold the glass with both hands
⬧ Look at the water and speak softly with calm conviction:
“While I rest, cleanse what I cannot see. Absorb what weighs me down. Remove what does not belong to me.” 🤫
Place the glass beside your bed and sleep normally. 💤
In the morning, observe the water:
⬧ If it is full of bubbles (as if it had boiled overnight), the room was energetically charged — the water absorbed the surrounding tension. ⚡️
⬧ If it is cloudy or has a different appearance, the accumulated weight is greater — days, weeks, or even months of energy that was not yours. ⏳
⬧ If it is clean and clear, the environment is light and your energy is flowing well. 🌊
Important: Do not drink the water. It has fulfilled its purpose. Pour it out and rinse the glass with running water. 🚰
If the water is not clear after the first night, repeat this practice for seven consecutive nights to fully reset the energetic environment of your sleeping space. 🔄
