Frogs and Frogettes
I read a meme today that read: “Light must come from within. You cannot ask the darkness to leave. You must turn on the Light.”

So, how do we turn on the Light within? Well, very simply put, if you are the Light and live your life as the light then you already have cast out the darkness, right? Well, how do we “be the light?”

Let us first understand that the triumph of light over darkness is knowledge over ignorance, and hope and happiness over despair. In very simple terms being positive over negative. I found a passage that describes it best:

“While dealing with the uncertainties of everyday life, we find ourselves occupied with different emotions. These emotions are both of happiness as well as of sadness, of zeal as well as of laziness, and both of success and failure. The emotions of love, peace, joy, and satisfaction are our inner lights while worries, fear, anxiety, laziness, envy, and procrastination are the darkness hidden inside us. Negative emotions like stress, anxiety, envy, and laziness can block our path to illumination. We often get trapped in a narrow perspective of the world which pushes us more towards the darkness instead of the path towards the light. And if we don’t control these emotions, they have the ability to darken our lives forever. The drastic effects of stress, depression, worries, and laziness are many, which must be eliminated.”

So heres a few simple steps to help you accomplish that task.

1. Practice daily meditation and introspection. Your thoughts make or break you. Meditation allows you to get rid of all the useless thoughts so that you can focus only on the present.

2. Develop a willingness to let go. You must be willing to let go of the things which are beyond your control. Just let go of the past, your losses, pain, fear, and unpleasant emotions, and keep moving forward.

3. Spend some time with the nature. When it comes to illuminating yourself from within, there can not be a better teacher than Nature itself. Just observe your surroundings carefully. From The Sun, The Moon, different trees, animals, rivers, and mountains to other different components of nature have countless lessons for us to offer.

4. Count your blessings. The art of practicing thankfulness is often underrated. We should practice a little more acceptance by counting your blessings. More acceptance and fewer complaints lead to a more satisfied and happier life.

5. Read more. Reading has enormous lifelong benefits. These benefits include: Reducing stress and alleviating depressing thoughts, Strengthening the brain and improving vocabulary, Opens you to new perspectives of life, Increases imagination and creativity. Read anything,,,books, research, blogs, the Bible, etc

6. Be Creative. The act of creating something can be a healing experience. Returning to your favorite crafts, like knitting or painting or daydreaming about next year’s herb garden can help restore positive focus, build immunity, and stave off depression

7. Be authentic. Be authentic in our relationships with others. When we are real with people and show them who we truly are, it gives them the opportunity to see Christ and the Light in us. It also allows them to feel comfortable coming to us with their own struggles and needs because they know we will accept them just as they are.

I can go on and on but i like stopping at 7 or 17. Just understand that we all are meant to shine. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. There is some good even in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us. As soon as we discover this, we become less prone to darkness.

So frogs and frogettes….LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE!! Drive the darkness out. Our future is bright and shiny and new. Love and brightest light to all.

Notes to Readers:

Beloved Mar passed away from cancer in 2025. She’s missed. Her address to Frogs and Frogettes is to the Anons and Patriots who support the revival of our great Nation and freedom for all of humanity. Mar was an active member of Tironianae’s chat on Telegram.

On a personal note, I had some unexpected expenses this past week… dead battery and replacement of a brake assembly. I’m coddling my old car (2007) until post RV when I can afford to purchase a newer used model. And I have the final payment from the hospital due. I know others are struggling with expenses, but know the storm of change is about to break upon our shores and consciousness. Anyway, any donations would be highly appreciated.

Sorry I haven’t been able to get out and do my forest explorations. Summer weather has arrived in Florida early, along with rain, heat and humidity. Due to high gas prices, I was already cutting down on my trips. I still get out for daily walks, counting marsh rabbits, and enjoying bird song. Fortunately, I live in a good neighborhood and met many familiar faces during my walks.

Here’s a link to a photo journal from last year:

June holds many developments that will ease life for all of us, so breathe. Oh, and thanks for all the new subscribers, 20 new ones in the last week or so. I’m astonished!

Thanks for being here,
