They could control weather in 1967. That was 59 years ago. With technology from the 1960s. And you believe that hurricanes, droughts, and floods in 2026 are “natural”?

HAARP — High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program. Built in 1993 in Gakona, Alaska. 180 antennas. 3.6 million watts of directed energy — beamed into the ionosphere. The official purpose: “studying the ionosphere.” The actual capability: heating specific regions of the upper atmosphere to create high-pressure zones that steer jet streams, redirect storm systems, and manufacture weather patterns over any target region on Earth.

A heated ionosphere bulges. The bulge redirects atmospheric flow. Atmospheric flow determines weather. Control the bulge — control the weather. Anywhere. Any time.

Patent #4,686,605 — “Method and apparatus for altering a region in the Earth’s atmosphere.” Filed 1987. Granted 1987. Assigned to ARCO — the company that built HAARP. The patent explicitly describes weather modification, drought creation, and disruption of communications over targeted areas.

They patented it. Built it. And told you it’s a “research facility.”

California drought — 2012-2017. Five years. Unprecedented. Satellite imagery shows a persistent high-pressure ridge parked off the Pacific coast for the entire duration — deflecting every rain system that approached. Meteorologists called it “ridiculously resilient.” No natural explanation for a high-pressure system that doesn’t move for 5 years.

It didn’t need to be natural. It needed to be maintained. And 3.6 million watts pointed at the right coordinates maintains it perfectly.

Why California? Water rights. Land acquisition. Agricultural collapse forcing small farmers to sell to corporate buyers at pennies on the dollar. By 2017, corporate agriculture had acquired 2.3 million acres of former family farmland — purchased during the drought at distressed prices.

They didn’t wait for a drought. They made one. Then bought the land it destroyed.

Hurricane steering. Every major hurricane since 2005 has followed a path that defied historical patterns. Katrina’s sudden turn into New Orleans. Harvey’s unprecedented stall over Houston — dropping 60 inches of rain by hovering in place for 4 days. A hurricane doesn’t “hover.” Unless something is holding it there.

Maui, 2023. Winds that behaved like no natural wildfire wind pattern ever recorded. Directional. Selective. Burning specific properties while leaving adjacent structures untouched. Trees burning from the inside out — a signature of directed energy, not natural fire.

Weather warfare doesn’t look like war. It looks like “climate change.” It looks like “unprecedented natural disasters.” It looks like insurance claims and FEMA responses and GoFundMe campaigns. It looks like everything except what it is: an attack.
