They aren’t just managing the economy; they are managing the evolution of the human species.
The Committee controls the world’s “Black Budgets” and the international drug trade, using the trillions of dollars in untraceable funds to finance their secret projects and private armies. They are the ones who fund both sides of every conflict, ensuring that no matter who “wins” the war, the Committee wins the debt. They operate through a network of “think tanks” and secret societies—including the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)—to ensure that their policies are implemented in every country simultaneously. They are the “Invisible Hand” that steers the ship of history.

Kindly note that the list is outdated (2010) but gives you a glimpse into the structure of the Committee. As far as I am aware, many of these individuals are no more. The Alliance has been systematically removing the highest layers of the control structure which was highly anti-human, and probably only partially human themselves (Ciakahrr Reptilian shape shifters, etc.). Sounds wild but truth. If not Ciakahrr, these individuals were usually practicing Satanists, as that was the way to rise in the power structure. Crimes against humanity.
