Happy Tuesday Rising! 🌞

It’s been such a great shift the last few days, and now we’re moving right into Eclipse Energy — with a total solar eclipse on the horizon. The Perseids are also reaching their peak, delivering a spectacular meteor shower over the next couple of nights, especially for those in California. The sky is alive.

Since Elon has posted about Ascension again, it feels like a great time for a reminder: ascending is not about addition. Many on the spiritual path are still trying to add things to their lives — but the real work is in subtraction. Most people already have too much: too much consumption, too many things, too many activities, plans, responsibilities, programs, and beliefs. Purge. Reduce. Dissolve. Many still believe they need to do more, read more, experience more — but in truth, it’s about eliminating the old. As we reduce physical and energetic clutter, it’s like swimming with heavy clothing that acts as an anchor. As we remove the clothing, we can swim upward more easily. When we clear or dissolve old energies, we ascend easier.

I’m also in my own personal process of dissolving very deep layers of fragments and fractals within myself — all from many old lifetimes. One of my recurring traumas has been drowning by flooding — in multiple lifetimes, possibly spanning back to Atlantis and other great floods. It’s a very small fractal from a very long time ago, so it’s not entirely clear. But in this lifetime, swimming has never been my strongest talent. I’ve lost multiple pairs of glasses, phones, and other valuables to the ocean, and I’ve carried a fear of the water since childhood. I made my peace with it over a decade ago during my awakening journey and have since spent time on many boats and sailboats. Ocean energy is now a great joy for me.

During this latest shift at Roosevelt Lake — an ancient lake with many natural and unnatural energetic interferences — the energy is extremely powerful, especially in monsoon season. Like many places around Gaia, it’s purging. With temperatures over 100°F, I found myself gridding, anchoring, and meditating mostly in the living waters of the lake. I paddleboarded all around the lake — even as a storm approached. While I had no fear of being harmed, I did have flashes of those very deep and old fractals — horrific drowning experiences from other lifetimes. Then the clouds quickly moved in, thunder and lightning crackled, the winds kicked in blowing against me away from shore, the waves grew turbulent, and my little paddleboard became rocky. I paddled quickly toward shore. The old fear of my fragmented memories surfaced like bubbles in boiling water — and that’s when I knew I needed to release it. I breathed it out as I became One with it all — the lake water, the wind, the turbulent weather. After the release, I asked for a safe and quick passage to shore. And that’s exactly what happened. The wind paused. The waves calmed. I paddled back and even managed a selfie to document it all. Then I felt a clearing — one of those deep, buried somethings I never even knew I was still carrying.

Another level of self-realization. Another layer of the old shedded. Old timeline rewritten. Removed. Old energy dissolved. Lighter — for Ascension.

These energies are extremely potent and powerful. We often speak about using them for physical manifestations — and while that’s true and great, allowing them for deep inner work will refine you to manifest what you need, when you need it, more effectively and efficiently.
