The Monroe Doctrine is in effect, and Trump was not kidding. The US MIL own the Western Hemisphere now. This deal for Greenland fits into my theory that we will be consolidating our military presence to the Western Hemisphere, and eventually vacating Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Trump has essentially redrawn the world map and consolidated spheres of influence. Russia and China will stay out of our yard, and we will stay out of theirs.
