The thread of ownership of Smartmatic, Sequoia, and Dominion. Who really is behind these companies and are there deep state factions in our own CIA who play a major role?
Smartmatic was founded by three young Venezuelan engineers, Antonio Mugica, Alfredo Anzola and Roger Piñate, who went to Simón Bolívar University in Caracas.
They started Software Softer CA in 1997, then incorporated Smartmatic in Delaware in 2000. Its first purpose was ATM software for banks.
A real U.S. Embassy cable from July 2006, written by Caracas political counselor Robert Downes, called Smartmatic “a riddle.” It said the company “came out of nowhere” to win a contract worth at least $128 million for 20,000 touchscreen machines, under a closed bid process run by a newly installed pro-Chávez electoral council. The cable said the company’s true owners “remain a mystery.”
That same cable flagged what it called “the most suspicious point.” The machines contacted the server before printing results, which it said gave “the opportunity to change the results.”
The real owners were Chávez-Maduro officials Jorge Rodríguez, who headed the electoral council at the time, and Diosdado Cabello. Smartmatic has always denied any government ownership.
Lord Mark Malloch-Brown, a former UN official, was chairman of Smartmatic’s parent company from 2014 to 2020. He then became president of George Soros’s Open Society Foundations. Brown also has ties to Venezuela’s 2004 recall vote, when he was running the UN Development Programme.
The timeline is where it comes together. Smartmatic bought Sequoia Voting Systems in 2005 and sold it in 2007, and Dominion bought Sequoia’s assets in 2010.
The technology carried over from company to company. Dominion denies its machines use Smartmatic software, but this is where the election theft software originated from.
Unnamed whistleblowers who came forward exposed that Soros’s foundation is secretly funded by the Venezuelan regime and the Cartel de los Soles.
Now we’ll tie it back to Venezuela. Smartmatic’s software arm, Bizta, was a dormant, money-losing company in 2002. Then in 2003, ahead of the 2004 recall vote against Chávez, the electoral council head Jorge Rodríguez and Mark Malloch-Brown asked the three founders whether they could build software to run a national election.
What came next is documented. A Venezuelan government fund bought 28% of Bizta in December 2003, which made the government its largest single shareholder. Chávez’s campaign adviser joined Bizta’s board.
$21 million in government money was routed through the electoral council, bought 20,000 Olivetti touchscreen banking machines. These were converted into voting machines and loaded with Bizta’s software.
An unnamed engineer who worked for the electoral council says staff watched the 2004 results in real time, saw Chávez losing, and “needed to flip about a million votes.” The OAS and the Carter Center found no apparent tampering and confirmed the results. The steal was flawless.
In March 2005, Smartmatic bought Sequoia Voting Systems, a major U.S. voting machine company, for $16 million. Chávez provided the money and signed a $100 million-a-year contract with Smartmatic.
This part is on the record. In 2006, Rep. Carolyn Maloney, a Democrat, pushed for a federal investigation into Smartmatic’s ownership. She said the company’s owners were “hidden through a web of off-shore private entities.” Shareholder companies registered in Curaçao, the Netherlands and Barbados. Under federal pressure, Smartmatic sold Sequoia in 2007 to a company formed by Sequoia’s own U.S. managers.
Smartmatic was involved in Cook County, Illinois, elections in 2006 that saw major problems. A Venezuelan source claims they wrote “100 percent” of the software and flew in to fix problems.
Dominion bought Sequoia in June 2010. The “same source code” stayed under Venezuelan control. Dominion denies using Smartmatic software, and now lawsuits for defamation that haven’t started yet are now being dismissed because the truth is starting to come out with proof.
The ownership questions were serious enough that a Democratic congresswoman demanded answers in 2006 and NEVER got them. Why? Is this because deep state factions within our own government and intelligence agencies have a hand in all of this as well?
Unfortuanately, this is the most logical answer, and that the CIA had a part in the actual development of this technology and basically outsourced the build to another country to avoid treason itself.
Remember not to throw the baby out with the bathwater. There is good and bad in everything, especially in our CIA and government itself.
Transparency in who builds and owns our voting machines shouldn’t be partisan, and BOTH parties should want clean, fair, and SECURE elections, and what is transpiring today clearly shows us that BOTH parties DO NOT want clean, fair, and secure elections.
It is clear who is involved and behind the fraud and who wants it to continue, and this ladies and gentlemen, is why we must continue to fight in order to stop them.
Notes to Readers:
If you’re a voting age American, get out and vote tomorrow. Red if you want freedom and rule of law; blue if you want communism & Sharia Law. The choice has never been so blatant.
