Tiring times, eh? I just wanted to inform our readers that I will not, for the most part, publishing any of the Epstein related info that is currently being discussed everywhere.
I suggest if anyone is interested in diving down this huge rabbit hole that they visit either Telegram or “X” (formerly Twitter) and use discernment.
The Epstein story will tie together the seemingly disparate skeins of geopolitics, the intelligence community, the military, the entertainment field, Western medicine, eugenics, and Satanism. I understand the DOJ and FBI are building a huge RICO case that will involve this entire edifice erected by the global parasites.
I know enough about my own personal limitations to want to pause before diving in. Decide just how much you can tolerate and know when to quit.

A lot of the push of the Democrats to release the Epstein documentation was the result of their desire to destroy Trump. Well, this poorly thought out push will backfire in their faces.
Everyone who has been in violent vocal opposition to Trump’s work are now going to shown to have been involved in this Satanic web of anti-human, anti-American ideology, to one degree or another. As the old saying goes: “Karma is a bitch!”
Why would they attack Trump? Because it was well known among the NYC mob that he was incorruptible and had the connections to destroy the global parasites… which he and his team are accomplishing right now.

Densities, frequency densities, are what make our world. Densities are like layers in a cake, with only portions of the cake, the density or frequency you are currently inhabiting, visible and experienced.
Universes are dimensions. Our universe is made up of 12 layers of density. Earth humans have long been stuck in the third density level for hundreds of thousands of years, largely due to outside interference. Currently, during the transition between epochs and what the Hindus call Yugas, Earth humanity is gradually moving from third density, through fourth, and onto fifth density. 5D is the average density level at which the majority of interstellar cultures exist. For example, members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, Oraa Nataru Shaari, exist largely in 5D.

The Hopi Prophecy of the Third Shaking of the Earth
In Native American wisdom, the Hopi tribe spoke of a powerful prophecy known as the Three Great Shakings of the Earth.
The first two shakings are believed to have already occurred, being the First and Second World Wars, both global events that deeply impacted all of humanity.
The Third Shaking, the Hopi said, would come at a time of great upheaval, marked by an increase in extreme weather events of all kinds, such as, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, storms, fires and floods. These would all be signs that Mother Earth was entering a sacred birthing process and a time of deep cleansing, purification and transformation in our world.

The Hopi taught that the Earth moves through natural cycles of release and renewal and that when humanity strays from living in alignment, the Earth responds with a great rebalancing as a natural consequence.
At this time of The Third Shaking, the Hopi believed that global division, conflict and disharmony would become so widespread that the Earth would begin to call out to her children and she would urge us, as the children who live upon her, to return to peace, unity and harmony with one another, with Mother Earth herself, and with all life.
At the same time of The Third Great Shaking, the prophecy also speaks of a shift into a new era, which coincides with the Hopi Rainbow Warrior prophecy, that foretells a tribe of millions of people, from all races, nations and walks of life, who would hear the Earth’s call and begin to awaken spiritually.
One by one, these peoples would set aside their differences, begin to unite and return to a way of being that is rooted in love, healing, harmony and balance upon the Earth.
Many believe we are now living in this time, the time of The Third Great Shaking, where the old ways of division, disconnection and imbalance are beginning to dissolve and something new is about to be born.
The birth of a new humanity, one that recognizes our shared responsibility to walk gently upon the Earth, to return to balance and harmony and to honor the sacredness of ALL life upon her.

Yesterday I posted one of my periodic Nature Walks articles along with selected photos. And what do I get in return, two comments both negatively focused on Elena Danaan.
When I opened the second comment, I felt the energy in my Solar Plexus. It was an energetic attack designed to plant seeds of doubt in my mind about my continued support of Elena’s work and mission.
Under NO circumstances will I stop posting references to Elena’s work. If you can’t handle that reality, I suggest you go elsewhere.
As a result of this latest attack… I am considering not allowing comments on ANY of the content in Sunny’s Journal.
This decision is not based on fear, but the realization that energies are high right now and deeply polarized. The Dark forces are losing the battle and they are doing everything in their power to win and/or maintain support for their point of view.
As an author and editor who is not a professional journalist, I feel I have the right to support whomever I wish. You can disagree with my stance, which is why I’m suggesting you go elsewhere. And I don’t care to engage in arguments with anyone.

I am also considering on sharing my decades-long process which brought me to the awareness of Elena’s work, but meanwhile, I just think I’ll take a break today. The news “out there” is very disturbing to a hypersensitive empath like myself.
I’m an old soul, probably from another galaxy, who came here to support the Flame of Freedom. I’ve died many times, lived many lives and am still here.
When I first encountered Elena’s work back in 2020, I recognized the frequency. It “spoke” to my heart. I can’t help you if you don’t understand the connection or resonance.
I will continue to read, study, and listen to Elena’s continuing public disclosure of what is really going on in our solar system and beyond.
My decision about not allowing comments is not that I don’t want to hear from y’all, but a recognition that those who stand for truth are under attack from all sides right now. Given what I received within the past 24 hours, I guess I’m under attack now, so I’m battening down the hatches in preparation for The Storm. As the intel guys have said, “Shit is going to get real.”
This piece by Nordiqa makes me smile. I’ve been doing my “inner work” for decades even if I took a few zig zags on the way here. I feel more calm than ever despite the apparent chaos going on in the world (much of it staged).
My morning was spent walking through a smoky woods alone again although several cars were parked at the trailhead. I noticed an osprey perched on a tall barren tree and snapped a few shots as he raised his head and peered around. There is at least one mated pair of these ospreys that lives in the preserve and others that fly near the Intracoastal when I’m on the other side at Washington Oaks Gardens.
The other day when I was at Bulow Woods (the middle part) I checked the scene at Cedar Creek. I stumbled into a bird fishing party, dozens of Egrets, herons and Wood Storks were wading around in the muddy waters of Cedar Creek Marsh at low tide. The tea-colored waters are home & nursery for numerous fish so the greedy water fowl were present to enjoy the bounty of the trapped baby fish in the swallow waters.
Have you ever heard the cry of a heron or Egret? It’s primitive, a croak that penetrates the air.
We’re going to have temperatures down in the low 20’s this weekend. I’m going to stay wrapped in a warm blanket!
Well, it’s clear from my rambling that I’m quite sane, at ease, and awaiting the full reveal of whatever else Trump and the White Hats have hidden up their collective tailored shirt sleeves.

The origin of the tawdry lie was Megan Rose, who was originally befriended by Elena back in 2020 and then proved to be compromised with a Grey Orion program which was set off to launch attacks against Elena Danaan. In fair warning to any other person who wants to attempt to insinuate that Elena is a liar can go elsewhere. The trash comment was deleted and spammed. The author can go pick on someone else… This is one reason I block comments on my blog most of the time. I read EVERYTHING and determine what is going to remain. Megan Rose is compromised and her material is not going to be posted here, even a link.
Another thing I just remembered. Scientists and researchers have noticed psychological impairment, among other side effects, from the Covid 19 vax, so if family or friends are suddenly irritable and going off for no reason at all, highly agitated or whatever, the vax may be the cause… beyond the fact that most people who have done their inner work early would not have taken the vax in the first place. If you have, start taking natural remedies. Starseed Fuel has an excellent assortment of natural herbs, mushrooms, etc. to aid in regaining your health, including detox remedies. When Familiarity Collapses Time (Recent contemplations on thermo dynamics and cognitive neuroscience lectures on “time dimension”)
Many have observed that time appears to be accelerating, particularly in recent years. This shared feeling depends in part on each person’s ability to expand or compress their experience of time. In the age of AI, the growing abundance of established patterns and probabilistic outputs accelerates this effect: information is increasingly familiar and readily available, so it demands less attention than learning something truly new. As a result, fewer meaningful updates are registered, and time appears to pass more quickly.
Subjective time depends on the amount of change one experiences, not on the clock itself. Yet society treats time as a fixed, external standard, creating a paradox: we collectively agree on what time is while ignoring how it is actually lived. This shared conformity veils the fact that time is shaped by the expansion or contraction of consciousness. When experience is rich, uncertain, or attentive, time stretches; when experience is repetitive or compressed into familiar patterns, time collapses. What we call “time passing” is therefore not just a physical measure, it reflects how fully awareness engages with change.
The brain does not measure time directly; it estimates time based on how often its predictions about the world are updated and encoded. When an experience is novel or attention is sharp, consciousness expands, making the experience feel longer. As one gains knowledge and familiarity, the mind groups experiences into well-known patterns, and fewer meaningful updates happen in each moment. Time then feels compressed, even though objective time, as defined by collective agreement, has not changed.
Increasing novelty or sharpening attention stretches the perception of time, while familiarity and expertise extend it. The difference between online time (how long something feels while it is happening) and retrospective time (how long it seems in memory) depends on whether prediction updates are simply processed or also encoded as lasting memories. Expertise lowers uncertainty and reduces prediction errors; focused attention, however, can temporarily undo this effect by increasing perceptual detail.
There is also a parallel with thermodynamics. In physics, the direction of time is defined by irreversible increases in entropy. In cognition, the direction of experienced time reflects irreversible information updates in the brain.
Learning reduces uncertainty, lowering informational entropy from the learner’s perspective and causing time to feel accelerated. Novelty and sustained attention locally increase entropy, slowing the felt passage of time. Subjective time, then, reflects the mind’s internal production of irreversible change—not the movement of matter through space, but transformation within a thinking system.
If time is shaped by attention, novelty, and awareness, then keeping time becomes an individual act rather than a purely social one.
To slow time is not to stop change, but to meet it consciously, depth over repetition, presence over automation. In doing so, one regains agency within time, expanding experience rather than allowing it to collapse into habit.
Perhaps time itself can be understood as the distance between alpha and omega: two points with experience that is subject to time is unfolding in between. As consciousness accelerates, compressing experience and bringing these two points closer together, the distance shrinks. And when alpha and omega unite, it would not be because time ended, as time is merely an illusion, it would be because consciousness returned to its Source.

This is a selection of photos taken during several hikes in January. I visited my favs: Princess Place, Bulow Woods and North Peninsula State Park.
About the prescribed burns… whether you’re aware or not, Florida does get serious brush fires periodically. The native flora is accustomed to it. After looking a bit rough for a couple of seasons, strong new growth always reappears. I’ve also discovered that many of the so-called state forests are lumber operations where the woods are periodically cut and replaced for income. Princess Place has some of these pine woods.
January has been very cold with some days in the upper twenties which is cold for a subtropical climate. I know the northern states have suffered under ice and snow. We haven’t but there has been ice on the windshields at sunrise occasionally. This Saturday, it is supposed to be REALLY cold with the high only in the mid-40’s. Fortunately, I still own some of my hiking gear from Washington State, gloves, hats, mittens, and coats.

I did take my vehicle in to the shop and got the squeaking serpentine belt changed out (still under parts warranty), an oil change, fluid check, and tire rotation. Still haven’t done the major work of replacing the gas tank ($3K) and the check engine light is still in, but the car is running really well despite it. I spoke to a neighbor who is bit of a mechanic and he told me the engine might use more gas when the light is on, but since I don’t go far, it really isn’t a concern right now. I took Bella the Kia out this morning to Princess Place and she was purring like a kitten.
Events are slowly unfolding… or appear to be slow when they aren’t really. Did you think successfully taking down a 300K+ year cult would happen overnight?
Like Alex Collier has told us (for the past 35 years) that some of us (millions) came back in time for just these times, to right a terrible wrong. In the alternate timeline, Earth humanity would have been killed off and replaced by cloned super soldiers who would be used to conquer the rest of the galaxy for their masters, the Nebu and the Ciakahrr. Instead, due to the sacrifice made by millions of extraterrestrial envoys, that dark future has been reversed. Now, we are moving into the golden age where Earth humanity will rapidly evolve both spiritually and technologically, eventually becoming the Architects who conquer both time and space. Meanwhile, my life is very quiet… the occasional hospital visits to check on my INR levels (for the blood thinner) etc. Life in Palm Coast continues, relatively quiet despite all the ongoing drama in the geopolitical arena.
