Biden issued a full and unconditional preemptive pardon to Anthony Fauci on or about January 19, 2025—his final full day in office—covering any federal offenses related to Fauci’s official roles from January 1, 2014, through the date of the pardon. The DOJ published the warrant language matching the document you showed. It is not limited to COVID response actions; it explicitly reaches back more than six years before SARS-CoV-2 appeared. 🤔🤔
Why 2014?
That date is not arbitrary. It aligns precisely with two linked events:
The U.S. government pause on certain gain-of-function (GOF) research. On October 17, 2014, the Obama administration halted new federal funding for experiments that could reasonably be anticipated to make influenza, SARS, or MERS viruses more transmissible or pathogenic in mammals. The pause was driven by biosafety lapses at U.S. labs and concern over dual-use research of concern.
The start of NIAID-funded bat coronavirus work involving Wuhan. On June 1, 2014, NIAID (then directed by Fauci) awarded EcoHealth Alliance the multi-year grant R01AI110964, “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence.” Project funding began that year. EcoHealth sub-awarded money to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) and Wuhan University. The work included collecting bat coronaviruses in China, sequencing them, constructing chimeric viruses (putting spike proteins from novel bat CoVs onto SARS-like backbones), and testing infectivity and pathogenicity—including in humanized mice.
Documents later obtained by Congress, The Intercept, and others showed that some of these experiments produced viruses that grew better or caused more severe disease in the animal models. Critics, including molecular biologist Richard Ebright and Sen. Rand Paul, argued this met the definition of GOF research covered by the 2014 pause. NIH and Fauci maintained it did not, claiming the work was molecular characterization or had been reviewed under existing frameworks and did not meet the precise “enhanced potential pandemic pathogen” criteria. Fauci testified under oath that NIH “has not ever and does not now fund gain-of-function research” at the WIV—a statement that has been repeatedly challenged with the grant documents and progress reports.
The pause remained in effect until December 2017. The EcoHealth/WIV collaboration continued through that period and was renewed. The Trump administration later suspended and then partially terminated the grant amid the pandemic and failure to produce laboratory notebooks from WIV.

✅ The virus has a biological feature not found in nature
✅ Every case traces to a single introduction, not the multiple spillovers of past pandemics
✅ Wuhan hosts China’s top SARS lab, with a gain-of-function history at unsafe biosafety levels
✅ Researchers there were sick with COVID-like symptoms in fall 2019, before the first wet-market cases
✅ If natural origin evidence existed, it would have surfaced by now. It hasn’t
✅ “Proximal Origin,” the paper used to kill the lab-leak theory, was prompted by Fauci to push natural origin
✅ EcoHealth used US tax dollars to fund gain-of-function in Wuhan, then doctored documents and lied to Congress
✅ The “6 feet apart” rule “sort of just appeared” (Fauci’s words). Never based on science
✅ No conclusive evidence masks worked
✅ The Biden White House colluded with Big Tech to censor COVID dissent, including the lab-leak theory this report now backs
✅ Fauci’s advisor bragged he could “make emails disappear” before FOIA
✅ NIH staff misspelled words on purpose to beat records searches
✅ A scientist used a “burner phone” and called his contact a “handler”
✅ US tax dollars reached the Chinese military
✅ $191B stolen in unemployment fraud
✅ $200B stolen in PPP/EIDL fraud
✅ Cuomo personally edited the nursing-home death report
✅ Zuckerberg: the White House “pressured us for months” to censor
The government locked you down.

According to RealRawNews, both Anthony Fauci and Loretta Rice faced the hangman on the same day in April of 2022, during the so-called Biden term, which was in actuality an extended military sting under Continuance of Governance clauses, the nation being in a state of war against the Deep State. This public circus being held in the halls of Congress is on behalf of the normies, those who are still going around wearing useless surgical masks in hopes they won’t catch the flu. The current 2.0 of Fauci is pure CENTRAL CASTING. Still, I would hate to be in his shoes catching all that collective flax from people who used to think him godlike. The whole Covid episode and the C19 vaccinations were an attempt to 1) manipulate an election by foreign adversaries (CIA, Mossad, EU, and other state actors) and 2) a depopulation agenda originally designed to reduce the world’s human population to 50 million per the Georgian Guidestones… which were also destroyed by patriots. Under the domination of regressive ETs, humanity was to become a Grey hybrid race, perpetually controlled by the AI Orion Queen Hive. Also, those humans still remaining alive would be subjected to complete control by either the Ciakahrr, their DNA extracted and sold on the universal marketplace (humanity’s DNA is unique among ALL worlds in our galaxy and universe). This grim future was set to happen if the evil triangle of the Nazi Dark Fleet, the Ciakahrr Reptilians (the Draco) and the Nebu (the Orion Greys, including the Eban, Zeta Reticuli, the Kiily Tokurt and their human allies, the Altairians and regressive Anunnaki from the Aldebaran star system, as well as the Taal Shiar from Alcyone in the Pleiades) were allowed to continue capturing whole star systems and plunging our galaxy into chaos and war.
The Andromedan Council was able to pinpoint the fulcrum of the start of this dark plague back to 20th century Terra (Earth / Ki). It was after convincing the Galactic Federation of Worlds that something needed to be done to reverse this dark timeline that the Envoy (starseed) Program was initiated by three separate parties. Elena Danaan and Alex Collier have told us that the Andromedan Council, the GFW, and the Council of Alniham sponsored three Envoy programs. Numerous worlds contributed their carefully selected volunteers to go back over 300 years in time (and more) to be inserted into Earth human babies, knowing full well they might never wake up to who they truly are.
We… as I can include myself in this… came back to 1) first wake ourselves up and then by example aid in waking up the human collective to who and what they truly are, an utterly unique intergalactic race capable of superseding all densities (1 – 12) within our known universe until they decided to leave this universe and travel to others in order to continue their evolutionary process. This future and past race is known as the Architects and you can learn more about their journey in Elena’s amazing book, Koldas: Beyond Neptune.
Since the evidence of the Architect’s existence is now being found all over our solar system (e.g. the floating cities of one of Saturn’s moons, ancient abandoned cities found on moons and planetoids, the carved space ship we call Luna… etc.) it has been made known to those who have woken up that the mission of the Envoys has been wildly successful. With the destruction of the relay stations on Luna and Saturn, connecting to the Orion mega-hive, all Orion colonies crumbled almost overnight. This occurred in 2022. And more recently, with the expansion of the Galactic Federation of Worlds joining with the Negumak and allied with the ancient powerful Anunnaki fleets, the Draco Empire was also successfully eliminated. All that remains of this threat are wandering warships, still dangerous to galactic shipping, but no where the threat they could have been. These threats are being systematically removed. Meanwhile, the Kiily Tokurt (who cannot be fully trusted) have disclosed the existence of ghost Orion fleets containing millions of soulless human-Grey clones which were going to be used by the Greys to conquer our world. Hiding in time dilation bubbles, these ships are being blown up less they create more havoc (they were all mined to create catastrophic tears in space time. Ms. Elena Danaan, the civilian emissary of the GFW has presented all of these facts and more in her presentations (webinars, conferences, Star Nation News) and her published books.
It’s all rather dramatic when you begin to grasp the whole picture — much bigger than the current drama being played out for the benefit of the public on our little planet… but like I noted above, 20th century Earth was the fulcrum, the beginning point of a great wrong which we have put right… we and many millions of Terrans who are evolving past superstition and waking up to their own true magnificence and limitless potential.
It should be obvious that Fauci was a puppet, a poisonous viper let lose on humanity who nearly single-handedly managed to kill and maim millions, first with releasing the HIV / AIDS virus, then with his own invention AZT, which killed more… his endless experiments with animals and human children… and finally with the gain of function work on a cold virus to create a strong influenza, arranging devilish hospital treatment protocols so another one of his inventions, Remdesivir and intubation, guaranteeing that thousands more would die needlessly. And if this wasn’t the end of it… the Department of Defense gave the vaccine recipes to vaccine companies like Moderna… And it goes on and on. The Deep State was embedded in all the biolabs across the globe, performing the work of their ET masters to destroy as many healthy humans as possible and weaken the rest through the poisoning of air, water, soil and food. All of these crimes against humanity are currently being disclosed through the actions of the Trump administration and selected members of Congress. The foundation of knowledge of what happened in 2020 and before (with ALL vaccines) needs to be established so public sentiment will back the efforts of the military tribunals to punish those who willingly participated in crimes against humanity. It is a process and one we are currently witnessing.
Much more evidence is due to be presented. Military intelligence has it all, every phone call, every notation, every email… everything. And it will ALL be presented until it is evident that real crimes against humanity have been willingly and maliciously carried out. Fauci was only a tool. Those who stood behind him will also be unveiled… the Crown, the Vatican, the regressive ETs, the whole criminal cartel.
Those who do know what is going on and why have a choice… continue being a beacon of Light, calm, and unconditional compassion for those who are still waking up from the nightmare or focusing on their own evolution by utilizing their gifts and graces that will benefit and bring joy to all who witness this beauty of creation.
