JAG: THE MILITARY–CIVILIAN JUSTICE ROLLOUT JUST EXPANDED AGAIN
We’ve been tracking an unusual series of developments involving the boundary between the military justice system and civilian federal courts. Now there’s another significant addition.
SEPTEMBER 24 — JAG PROSECUTOR MODEL EXPANDS TO THREE MORE FEDERAL DISTRICTS According to a Defense Department email reviewed by Bloomberg Law, DOJ is seeking active-duty and reserve military attorneys to serve as temporary Special Assistant U.S. Attorneys in:
Manhattan — Southern District of New York
Los Angeles — Central District of California
Sacramento — Eastern District of California The assignments are expected to last 179 days (that’s a 17), beginning October 13 or later, and are expected to focus primarily on immigration-related prosecutions.
But this is important: THESE ARE NOT THE FIRST CITIES. We’ve already documented JAG/military attorneys being inserted into civilian federal prosecution roles in several other jurisdictions.
- WASHINGTON, D.C.
- In August 2025, U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro requested 20 military lawyers to help handle the increased prosecutorial caseload created by the federal law-enforcement surge. The Pentagon approved the request.
- MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE
- In January 2026, DOJ formally announced that 20 military JAG attorneys from all four branches had been assigned as Special Assistant U.S. Attorneys to prosecute federal cases associated with the Memphis Safe Task Force. DOJ itself described the DOJ–military personnel-sharing arrangement as “unprecedented.”
- MINNEAPOLIS / MINNESOTA
- Military JAG attorneys were also assigned to assist federal prosecutors during the immigration-enforcement surge there. That deployment produced the May 1 court challenge we’ve been following, in which a Minnesota judge ruled that an active-duty Army JAG could legally prosecute a civilian as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney.
- LAS CRUCES, NEW MEXICO
- DOJ announced in January that three military attorneys and two military paralegals had been assigned to the Las Cruces U.S. Attorney’s Office. The JAG SAUSAs are prosecuting federal border-related offenses including immigration, narcotics, firearms and human-smuggling cases. And the Pentagon had also ordered military lawyers for West Texas, including the El Paso/Del Rio region, as part of the broader expansion of military legal personnel supporting DOJ operations.
So now look at the footprint:
- WASHINGTON, D.C.
- MEMPHIS
- MINNESOTA
- LAS CRUCES / SOUTHERN BORDER
- MANHATTAN
- LOS ANGELES
- SACRAMENTO
And remember the legal framework that developed alongside it.
MAY 1, 2026 – A federal judge ruled military attorneys may prosecute civilians as SAUSAs when properly detailed to DOJ.
SEPTEMBER 1, 2026 – The D.C. Circuit ruled that an ordinary civilian district court could not simply vacate a military court-martial judgment.
SEPTEMBER 24, 2026 – The government is now preparing to expand the JAG-as-federal-prosecutor model into three additional major federal districts. There’s also an important legal limitation here: DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel concluded that the Posse Comitatus Act does not bar these arrangements when the military attorneys are detailed full-time and operate under civilian DOJ control and supervision.
Something unusual is clearly happening:
MILITARY LAWYERS ARE BECOMING AN INCREASINGLY NORMAL PART OF THE CIVILIAN FEDERAL PROSECUTION SYSTEM.
What began as a limited deployment is now spreading across multiple federal districts.
That is exactly why we’ve been tracking this as a distinct cluster:
MILITARY JUSTICE
CIVILIAN JUSTICE The boundary keeps getting tested, defined—and expanded.
JUSTICE. IS. COMING.

Notes to Readers:
As both Q and Tiro have told us, military was the first power in America, before we even had a Constitution or a government. There was a gathering of men, the Continental Congress, but a true functioning government was yet to be designed and implemented, agreed upon by all the colonies involved. And now, as the present framework of the government structures is about to be dissolved and reconfigured, the Military is again in charge. JAG lawyers are joining into civilian settings to enhance the exposure, prosecution, and sentencing of the domestic enemies of our Republic. The next phase: Prosecution, is about to begin.
In truth, JAG has already handled several classes of military justice which has, up until now, been largely kept from the public eye (via legacy media sources) although information could be found via other sources, namely RealRawNews, and others.
Now, there will justice had for all the suffering the American people have endured at the hands of a greedy, sadistic, self-centered, money-laundering government and its employees, as well as all the corrupt corporate structures associated, sometimes behind the scenes, including health organizations, corporations, financial institutions, etc.
After the Justice Phase comes the Rebuilding Phase. There is much to look forward to, but first we must live through the further exposure of what has been hidden from the people in order to protect a global criminal Satanic cartel controlled by inhuman monsters.
Breathe, folks.
