At the Pentagon, Pete Hegseth dropped a 20% cut in general-and-admiral billets, a new four-star Autonomous Warfare Command, Project Meridian, energy-independent military installations, and plans for the first new domestic military base in roughly four decades. That is a freaking avalanche of military restructuring dumped in one shot.
Before that shit could even settle, energy got torched. Trump announced a South Korean investment framework hitting roughly $200 billion in U.S. energy projects, including a $22.3 billion Texas power complex and plans involving eight nuclear reactors … though Seoul says portions remain under review. America’s power map is getting redrawn on a scale that should scare the hell out of every fossilized bureaucrat still clutching their briefing binder.
Then Treasury shoved another piece: automatic Trump Accounts for more than 60 million additional American children. Tens of millions of kids get yanked into the market through accounts created automatically, with families still required to claim certain benefits such as the federal seed contribution.
And while all that was detonating, the last U.S. forces got the hell out of Iraq after 23 years. Another giant piece ripped off the board.
That cumulative pattern is the whole story.
Military command. Autonomous warfare. Domestic power generation. Nuclear expansion. Tens of millions of investment accounts. A two-decade deployment ending.
Bang. Bang. Bang. Bang.
The sheer velocity is fucking brutal. Washington is still screaming about yesterday’s move while the hand is already reaching across the board again.
Everyone else is still arguing over the pawn Trump moved yesterday.
He’s already moving the rook.
