This man created the model for Consciousness used by the CIA but was later killed in the deadliest plane crash in American history.

Itzhak Bentov, the Czechoslovakia-born Israeli-American scientist and inventor, who became an innovator in the field of bio-medical engineering in the US, suggested that consciousness is the common uniting element of all creation, and that through this link all things are in permanent contact.

Bentov believed that our minds are not just in our heads, but are connected to everything around us and even to the universe. He thought that this connection is what makes us alive and aware. (Stalking the Wild Pendulum: On the mechanics of consciousness, Itzhak Bentov, Wildwood House, 1978).

For a long time, scientists didn’t study consciousness because they didn’t understand it. But in the XX century they started to learn more about it. Now, many scientists are working to understand consciousness, and yet it’s still a mystery.

Think of consciousness like a big puzzle that we’re trying to solve. We know some of the pieces, but we don’t know how they all fit together yet. Bentov’s idea was an important piece of the puzzle, and scientists are still building on his work today.

~T edit: 7 of 10 plane crashes are targeted kills. Can you say [cia] Gateway Project?

What are the Gateway tapes?

A set of CIA declassified documents explaining how consciousness operates.

Here’s 5 key things you should know about it. 🧵

The tapes were released in the early 2000’s to establish a technique for accessing higher states of consciousness.

Here’s the 5 things I’m going to cover.

1 | Methods of accessing consciousness
2 | The Holographic Universe
3 | How does consciousness work
4 | The Gateway process
5 | Putting it into perspective

Knowing the secrets that these documents discuss, could change your life.

Let’s begin.

———————————————————
1 | Methods of accessing consciousness
———————————————————
The document begins by first investigating other methods of accessing consciousness to establish a foundation.

The three major techniques explored are:

➥ Hypnosis
➥ Biofeedback
➥ Transcendental meditation.

Each of these work by subduing the left brain, in order to gain access to the right.

Your left brain…
————
Is self-cognitive and it’s where logic and reason happens.

It works by categorizing, assessing and assigning meaning before sending messages to the right brain.

The right brain…
————
Is non-critical, holistic, and accepts what the left hemisphere passes, without question.

Accessing higher consciousness, is a process of access the right side of your brain.

When you can speak to the right brain, and bring the left into coherence with it.

You generate a very high amount of energy in what is called the third ventricle.

It’s the section directly in the center of the highlighted segments of the brain

.

To explain these three methods briefly…

HYPNOSIS
This distracts the left brain through boredom or reduction to a semi-sleep state through external stimuli like hypnotic suggestion.

TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION
This method uses an intense, single minded concentration on the process of drawing energy up the spine which creates acoustic standing waves in the brain. These waves create the vibrations that allow the left and right brain to enter coherence with each other.

BIOFEEDBACK
This method uses is a bit different as it doesn’t ignore the left brain, it teaches it to access areas of the right. Instead of suppressing it, it teaches the left to recognize the feelings associated with successful right hemisphere access

Now that we know what must be achieved to access higher consciousness.

Let’s look at the holographic universe.

—————————————
2 | The Holographic Universe
—————————————
According to the CIA documents…

And eastern traditions, or quantum physics for that matter…

We live in a holographic universe.

Matter is not real, it is only a manifestation of energy vibrating at different speeds.

Meaning and matter is created in the universe from thought.

When your mind experiences a thought, it creates a hologram somewhere out there in the universe.

Eventually…

This hologram can be created in this 3D physical realm through higher states of consciousness.

What exists in this world is merely a matrix of the things we have given meaning to, with our collective thoughts.

How is the matter actually created?

The holographic universe creates matter through a torus field, which is the shape of a self contained spiral.

If you want to learn about toroidal fields and other cool things.

Definitely check out @CymaticJoule, she’s a beast with the wisdom.

Anyway…

This vortex energy is how matter comes into existence.

Springing out from the center point, the absolute.

If you look at pictures of galaxies, or a hurricane. You can get a decent visual of this mechanism in the process of creation.

The document also dives into time and space, which I spend too much time on..

But suffice it to say – neither of them exist.

They are merely parameters to create the limitations needed for this reality to exist.

If you couldn’t pin point a location in time, or space.

You’d be in the infinite…

So time and space are necessary to create a matrix…

Anything that has a beginning and an end, is bounded by time.

When it stops existing within that paradigm, it returns to the absolute, or God

———————————————
3 | How does consciousness work
———————————————
Now to interpret reality.

What your mind does, is work like a binary computer.

It decodes the greater complexities and simplifies everything into duality.

A simple go/no-go polarity. Like binary code.

Our whole reality is made up by making comparisons because what we perceive, is actually only the differences between two things.

Let me repeat.

What your brain does, to interpret something, is compare it.

It only perceives what differentiates.

What separates you, from me, for example.

And in states of higher consciousness…

Your right brain acts as the primary receiver of the holographic input and operates in coherence with it.

Your left brain is a secondary matrix layered on top of that. Where the 2D comparison happens.

Remember, everything is energy and vibration.

Which are created in waves.

So how this works is, the vibration goes back and forth.

Starting from source, bounces here to the material world, and back to source again.

The gateway process, hypnosis or any of the other techniques.

Bypassing the 2D matrix of this or that and access the absolute.

The point in-between.

The middle way.

———————————
4 | The Gateway process
———————————
Finally…

We can talk about the actual “Gateway process”.

It uses visualizations and auditory input to create coherence in your system.

Your success with this process will vary…

Based on how well you’re able to bring your body into coherence and how sensitive your nervous system is.

But put simply, what the process does is:

1 / Begins by teaching you to isolate yourself from your environment and silence your mind in a visualization device called an “energy conversion box”

2 / Next your are introduced into methods that aim to bring resonance in the body and mind through a single, monotonous humming sound.

This humming sets up a feeling of vibrations, felt particularly in the head. Which you are then supposed to hum along with.

3 / This is followed by affirmations which you are supposed to repeat along.

They affirm that there is more than merely a physical body and you deeply desire to expand your consciousness.

Keep in mind…

There is much much more to the process as there are several hours of tapes but this is the foundation of how the process begins.

They essentially prepare you by regulating the body.

➥ Subduing your left brain.
➥ Lowering your blood pressure
➥ Establishing resonance in your system to about 7.5 cycles per second

When you have achieved coherence with the gateway process, or any other.

You are able to harmonize your energy field with the surrounding environment.

This creates a powerful carrier wave…

To connect you with similarly tuned minds and the collective consciousness.

The document also covers…

Several techniques to practice manifesting higher though forms, and there are many!

Like remote viewing, patterning and problem solving.

I recommend reading them to practice yourself.

—————————————
5 | Putting it into perspective
—————————————
If we accept that the mind builds reality, and we live in a holographic universe.

What then?

What does that mean?

Well, it’s up to your own interpretation but a two things are obvious.

1 | EXPERIENCE LIFE
—————
Nothing from this material world goes with you when you die.

Not your money, your possessions or your achievements.

But..

The thing that does leave with you.

Is your memories… Your experiences.

The connections you make.

This is why it’s most important to live life in the way that you feel inspired.

It’s literally… literally… the only thing that matters when all is said and done.

Second…

2 | YOUR THOUGHTS CREATE REALITY
—————
Realize you are in control of your destiny.

It is you who creates your experiences.

You and only you.

So then it’s critical to become a co-creator and channel the lifestyle you desire.

Stop with the negative thoughts, victim mentality and the “I can’t” perspectives.

Stop giving them life.

Find better thought patterns to manifest which afford you a more enjoyable life, and start living it.

You decide what you give meaning to.

So focus on giving life, and meaning to the things you want to see more of.

Each person that becomes more connected with higher consciousness…

Helps create a healthier world down here.

So do your part.

I hope you found this summary helpful and if you want to dig into the gateway documents more…

Notes to Readers:

… and time is a field. Past, present, and future exist at the same moment.

The Soul is consciousness, as a fractal of Source Creator. The body is the vehicle for the Soul. The body and soul need to have a frequency match for the soul to attach to the body before birth. A reptilian soul cannot embody in a Hu – man body.

There’s a lot of stuff we weren’t taught in school…

MEDBEDS Fact or Fiction? A Perspective | Dan Willis

His personal opinion. No medical claims made.

Imagine how our current medical system would be transformed if advanced holographic medical science was utilized. Are medbeds a factual reality or are they simply fiction? Dan Willis shares details on this controversial subject from different sources and provides an in-depth analysis of the historical background that led to the suppression of information and manipulation of the public’s perception of reality, supported by facts and evidence. The truth about the manufacturing of medbeds is presented here without censorship, and the science behind it is explained in great detail.

Equestrian Trail – Princess Place Preserve

On Monday, I visited another portion of Princess Place Preserve, traveling on a broad loop from the parking area, on the Equestrian Trail and towards Styles Creek to the Pellicer Campground and return to the parking lot on the Equestrian Trail alongside the Preserve’s main road. I didn’t see anyone on the trails at all, just a few cars passed when I was closer to the main road. It was a windy morning. I did spot an Osprey who dove for a fish and then flew overhead with a fish in its talons.

The red berries in the foreground are Yaupon Holly. The bush with the white fuzzy flowers is Baccharis, Groundsel Tree and/or Sea Myrtle. It blooms in the cool weather when there are few other flowers.

Grand Matriarch

These magnificent pines are Long Leaf Pine, a Florida native. It is a lumber tree. The baby trees will probably be thinned out at some point.

Styles Creek

The photos below are from the Fairchild Oak State Park (southern end) of Bulow Woods. I probably did a 4.5 to 5 mile walk in very pleasant weather. I didn’t see anyone until on the last leg of the walk, about a mile from the parking lot. Then, there was a small crowd at the picnic tables on the lawn near the giant oak tree.

Christ Consciousness | Maxpein

Photo by RDNE Stock project on Pexels.com

CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS

Let’s discuss something that tends to be controversial….

Christ Consciousness has nothing to do with religion. It’s not about being Christian or Catholic. It’s not tied to any church, denomination, or institution. It’s not about guilt, shame, or fear.

Christ Consciousness is what awakens when your soul remembers it was never separate from Creator in the first place. It’s a frequency… a divine blueprint… a return to original design before the world was distorted by control.

Jesus never asked to be worshipped. He said clearly, “You will do all these things and greater.” That wasn’t poetry… it was prophecy.

But that message was twisted. Religions were built on his name while burying the truth of his teachings. The feminine was erased. The power of inner sovereignty was replaced with systems of hierarchy. The divine blueprint was suppressed.

But the Christ didn’t disappear. It went underground… into the Earth grids, into the DNA, into the bloodlines, into the breath of those who carried the codes forward. And now, it’s rising again.

Not through saviors… through us.

This is not about being saved… it’s about becoming sovereign. It’s about remembering who you are. Christ Consciousness activates when you choose love even when it hurts… when you forgive what nearly broke you… when you speak truth no matter the cost… and when you walk in presence, power, and compassion in a world that’s been trained to forget.

Christ is not a name of a person, it is a name of the ultimate state of consciousness. It is exactly what we call in the East : Buddhahood, Awakenedness. Jesus / Yeshua is one thing, Christ Consciousness is a totally different phenomenon. It happened to Jesus. You can never be a Jesus / Yeshua , but you can be a Christ. But if you are a Christian then it is impossible to be a Christ.

Once you accept yourself as a Christian you have debarred yourself from being a Christ. You have become a follower, and the follower is only an imitator. He is bound to remain plastic.

Yes, you can be a Christ, but for that the first thing to drop is being a Christian — or a Hindu or a Mohammedan. You have to be a seeker of truth, and you cannot seek truth if you have already got certain prejudices; if you have already accumulated belief you cannot seek and search for truth.

Truth is available only to the agnostic, one who says, ‘I don’t know anything, but I am ready to know. I am ready to go through all the processes of knowing, but I will not believe unless I see.’ Seeing should be the only cause of believing; no other way belief should enter in you.

Then you can be a Christ, but then you are also a Buddha and you are also a Lao Tzu and you are also a Jina — because these are different names, different languages, indicating towards the same ultimate consciousness.

You have to get rid of Christianity if you want it to be really free; you have to drop all positions. A true seeker cannot start from any position; he has to start from the scratch, not from a position. He has to start utterly empty, just like a zero, a tabula rasa.

And that’s what I call meditation. Meditation makes you utterly empty of all thoughts, prejudices, concepts, beliefs, and then there is a possibility to know the truth. Knowing the truth makes you a Christ, a Buddha, and then naturally whatsoever you do will be done in that spirit, never before it.”

The Second Coming isn’t something we wait for… it’s something we embody. Right here. Right now.

We are the return. We are the body.

We are the flame. And the Christ is rising… through all who are ready to remember

Today I arrived very early at the northern terminus of the Bulow Woods Trail. Since I discovered a small portion of this trail was open, I decided I had to explore it again, after about 8 years absence! Given these woods suffered severe damage during at least three hurricanes in recent history, it took a while for a portion of the trail to be opened. My photos only give you a tiny peek at the magnitude of what the job clearing some of these huge trees would have entailed. This is an area of extremely ancient Florida hammock, a rare ecosystem that is being mowed down in many places and replaced by suburban housing developments. Bulow Woods is, fortunately, protected by the State of Florida and is a state park. No camping is allowed.

Portions of the trail were damp and a bit muddy but nothing my Keen waterproof boots couldn’t handle. In some areas, the trail was strewn with fallen leaves of various shades. There is quite a selection of hardwood trees in the forest, both deciduous and evergreen. Also stands of tall thin shrub holly can be found. Various grasses and ferns complete for space in the understory. There are tons of young and old Cabbage Palms punctuating the canopy, most of the time shorter than the hardwood giants.

Having arrived so early I had the forest to myself, again. I only encountered the occasional squirrel and two feral black pigs who quickly ran off through the underbrush. In some of the damper spots on the trail, the wild pigs have been digging alongside and across the trail itself.

The open portion of the trail is only 1.5 miles, making a 3 mile round trip (RT). The trail is flat, but filled with roots and takes some concentration so as not to trip. I’m used to trails like this and muddier in the Pacific Northwest. Bulow Woods is low-lying and the terrain is flat save for areas where the canal, Cisco Ditch, was dug out. Piles of dirt lie parallel to the ditch along much of its length. All the waterways are filled with tannin-dyed water, a dark tea color.

Several years ago, I hiked the entire loop in this area. Portions of it were extremely damp, edging on a swamp. This area is still closed right now and the trail to Cisco Ditch is closed, too. I estimate there was at least another mile or so to reach the Ditch, but not today.

When I returned to my vehicle I encountered the first people of the day, both parties having dogs on leashes. I gave them a short report about the pigs so they wouldn’t be tempted to unleash their animals. A grown wild pig can kill a dog.

So, another hike completed and I was home around 10 a.m. just in time for a late Sunday breakfast.

Hope you enjoy the photos. The weather was cloudy. I didn’t color correct any photos today.

Bulow Woods Outing | Eliza

Wild Asters

Today I went for my first hike in Bulow Woods, starting at the trailhead off of Walter Boardman Lane, so the “middle” portion of the woods. I headed north to Cisco Ditch and then returned the same way back to the road. Next, I headed south on the old road until reaching the little peninsula that sticks out into the marshland of Bulow Creek.

Cedar Creek – Bulow Woods
Cedar Creek Marsh, with morning fog burning off…
Tea-colored Bulow Creek

The horizon is faded out in these photos as there was a morning fog still burning off creating a hazy effect.

Earlier in the week, I took a 3 mile walk to Graham Swamp Trail, another old road that passes through thick forest, bordering on a housing development across the canal to the north and the untrammeled woods of Graham Swamp. The trail is very firm sand and is open to bicycles and walkers.

Graham Swamp Trail
Graham Swamp Trail

Graham Swamp Trail passes through county land (I think) lying between Palm Coast and Flagler Beach. One trail head is located on Old Kings Road and the other end is on Colbert Road. The trail is just a small portion of the walking / biking trails available in the area. This was the hike I did after stopping at the hospital briefly.

As I was driving home today, I decided to check out the northernmost trailhead of Bulow Woods. It was open, although the trail doesn’t go through yet since a new bridge has not yet been constructed. Still, a nice 3-mile hike (RT) is possible through some really old woods with HUGE oaks. I fully intend to explore this trail perhaps next week as I haven’t been able to access it until now due to hurricane damage. This northern trailhead is located just outside the Bulow Plantation Ruins State Park. No entry fee is required to park at the trailhead although space is limited.

BTW, I was completely alone in Bulow Woods until returning back to my car to leave. Not one person… just a bunch of squirrels playing in the trees and the occasional croaking call of a wading bird. I love having the woods to myself. Precious soltitude.

Another outing completed satisfactorily.

Okay, for those confused, I actually did this walk starting at the covered bridge and making a broad loop walk using the Equestrian Trail, walking through Moody Campground, then the Artesian Trail and Moody Cut Road to the Lodge. Since there was a pile of children and mothers at the picnic area near the Lodge, I skirted the chaos and headed to Creekside Trail, completing my loop back at the bridge.

There was no one else on the trails today. The campground was empty, too. The only crowds were near the Lodge, and a few rangers / workers wandering around in their vehicles.

When I was seated on a bench near the Artesian Well pond, a couple of squirrels took offense and started chattering at me, then bouncing around through the palm trees. I didn’t sight any large animals, just some wading birds near the creek and an assortment of tiny birds and a few woodpeckers working on rotten limbs out of sight. There was also the occasional call of an osprey as a mated pair has lived a long time in the area. A few fishermen were out on their boats in the creek and others were clustered near Styles Creek.

In all, it was a great reintroduction to one of my favorite parks in the area. I know just about every trail, marked and unmarked in the place, but thought this loop would be enough while I’m still recovering strength. I had no problems at all. The trails were in good shape, dry after a month or so of pleasant weather.

Hope you like the photos. The low-angle sunshine was a bit harsh so I did some exposure & color correction on most of the shots.

Princess Place Preserve sits north of Palm Coast and south of St. Augustine. Pellicer Creek is the county line delineation between St. Johns County and Flagler County. It can be reached via SR 1 and Old Kings Road, north of Palm Coast. The access road is sand.

There you have it… another outing.

Nature Walk – North Peninsula | Eliza

Bright sun on weather-beaten oaks and scrub

So, today’s destination was North Peninsula State Park with its two-mile nature walk. I love this sandy trail as I’m always finding unusual plants along the way, depending on the season. The trail is thickly lined with coastal scrub, consisting of stiff Yaupon Holly, Red Bay, several species of squat oaks (Myrtle, Sand Live Oak, Chapman Oak, etc.), Magnolia, Saw Palmetto, Wax Myrtle, Sparkleberry, False Indigo and a few others I haven’t yet identified.

I was on the trail early and totally alone in the warming daylight until nearly completed with the walk.

I only did one hike today, sensing I was getting tired. After all, I’m still in recovery mode from a major surgery. There’s no need to completely exhaust myself.

The park lies on the ocean side of the Halifax River, the intracoastal river. A short walk would take you to the drawbridge over the river where an assortment of fishermen can be seen clustered. The road to the park is High Bridge Road and runs between A1A and Walter Boardman Lane. It’s kitty-corner across from John Anderson Drive which can take you south to Ormond Beach.

This was my second solo park walk and I’m loving being healthy enough to enjoy being outside in the cooler Florida weather with bright blue skies above. Beats digging out from a snow storm.

Much love to all,

Eliza

P.S. My camera is a Nikon Coolpix L840 (refurbished). It’s working great!

First Nature Outing in Five+ Months! | Eliza

Yes, the roses are still blooming, but a little ragged after a couple of frosty nights
Shade pathway at Washington Oaks

Well, finally, I got out on a nature walk, visiting some old favorites, River to Sea and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. The two are just a few miles from each other, north of Flagler Beach.

It was a joyful occasion to see my old friends, the trees, the ancient oaks bending over to shade the trail and making photography nearly impossible. I was just happy to be out on my own, finally healed (for the most part) and able to be independent.

When I reached Washington Oaks, I took the 2.0 mile loop Nature Trail. It isn’t very “pretty” this time of the year with fuzzy seed heads of tall grasses leaning over the trail, overgrown wild grape tickling the nose, and spider webs strung out across the trail, but still a nice walk. Then, per usual, I strolled through the formal gardens, checking on the camellia and azalea buds. They have a ways to go. The azaleas bloom in mid-February if I remember correctly and are quite the show.

The roses were still blooming. Some of the older shrubs grow higher than my head and are kind of spindly. I wanted to get out my pruners. I took photos of some of the better blooms. There was even some black spot on some of the bushes. Let’s face it, the older rose varieties really aren’t meant to be grown in high heat, high humidity regions like Florida. However, this is a historical garden and the older plants are still nurtured. There was a whole gang of gardeners, with several volunteers grooming the gardens, I suppose in preparation for winter and putting out the holiday decorations. We had some near freezing temperatures at night this past week, but I’ve enjoyed it, being from the northern tier of the U.S.

I hope to get out on a couple more hikes in the next week and will put up any interesting photos I get.

Have an enjoyable weekend, everyone.
