The Great Divine Director: On Challenges

I am the Great Divine Director. I greet you this day in the energy of unity and love. And I continue in my mission to serve the evolution of humanity.

Your world is changing. That should be evident to most people. Where the change takes one can be very different for each person. How you chose to react to the change is even more telling.

It has been said that change is the only constant in your world. That phrase certainly holds true now as old systems are showing signs of wear and tear, as entropy continues to devour what has been resistant to change.

Creation first comes in the form of destruction. It is this essential stage of change and transformation that you now find yourselves. This transformation and re-creation process breaks down everything that resists movement. The rate of change seems to be increasing but it is truly your awareness of this process that makes it so. All that was created from the energy of the departing cycle (the Great Year, 26,900 years) is in the process of dissolving, breaking down, which creates chaos in the world, at least for now.

There are many people who would rather cling to the old and resist the new. They will find it more difficult to do in the coming days, months, and years. The world is moving on; it is time to let go of the old paradigm and every element within these belief systems that resonate with the old, decrepit energies.

Transformation requires that one let go of that which no longer serves. The object of letting go can be anything and even everything within one’s life. Being comfortable as you are will soon become uncomfortable if there is an ounce of resistance in letting go.

Many people might interpret this transformational energy as a need to let go of all material goods, relationships, jobs, and former interests. This might be so for some people, especially when they find that they no longer resonate to being in a certain setting or with certain people. It’s not really about things or persons outside yourself. The journey is one that really takes place inside yourself. It is how you choose to interface with the self within.

You might find yourself unable to concentrate or work on old projects. Let them go without judgment. Being here doesn’t require that you finish anything or even do anything.

Follow your interests, what gives you a moment of joy during a stressful day. Does your heart lift when you see beauty in nature? Perhaps you want to explore using different mediums of expression.

Sometimes the process of letting go is to simply let go of all that your ego mind has placed in front of you as problems. Your mind was created for the job of keeping your consciousness safe within its physical vessel… or rather keeping your physical vessel safe so that your consciousness could continue to reside within it. It prefers to create problems to keep itself employed. However, your consciousness and soul are the ones who are in charge and can make the choice of allowing the problems to disappear and dissipate as if they never were… only illusions that the mind has built up in an attempt to gain your attention.

During this period of great change, there is the potential to feel quite stressed by the circumstances in which you find yourself. However, the human consciousness contains a vast ability to adapt to whatever is entering its awareness.

Self-judgment often enters the picture when going through changes. You may be hearing at times as part of the mind-chatter, If I was good enough, I would be… Fill in the sentence with those things you yearn to be, to have, to do, to experience… and you will discover where your focus and intent has been derailing your process.

Start with where you are NOW, in the now moment, which is the only real place to be. What happened in the past cannot affect you NOW. Whatever is about to emerge from the future is also beyond your knowledge and experience in the NOW. Be here and now. Easier said than done, but it is possible to allow yourself to be aware of the mind chatter, the fears, the emotions, the beliefs that something needs to be done a certain way… and anything else that gets in your way… and choose to let those things go.

Vigilance is required. Listening to the mind and allowing the flow of thoughts and emotions to go through without latching onto any one of them will enable the energy to dissipate and release itself into the ethers.

Perhaps you are uncomfortable with the sensation of strong emotions. You have probably been trained to suppress and deny your feelings, to not look at them with compassion and to understand them in others. Experiencing feelings and emotions are part of the journey of being human. The challenge is to master the emotions and thoughts, without suppressing them so that they are hidden away to be dealt with in the future. Deal with them up front, experience, feel and release.

Seek balance. There will always be the sensation of first tipping one way and then tipping another until you discover just the right elements to bring your being into balance. New challenges will arise to test your ability to reconnect within and to master anything that comes within your field of experience. You can do this. That is why you are here now, dear Masters.

Feel out the energies. As you gain clarity in your ability to discern the feel and resonance of one energy over another, you will be able to discern and hence decide on what is right for you, in the moment. Your desires and needs will change as you continue to move through this process.

Transformation will continue to reveal and strip away those things within your life that no longer serve. It may be your job, your primary relationships, your living space… or simply letting go of a no longer desired habit or pastime.

Look back into the recent past and wonder at how much you have changed already. More is to come, of this we can assure you… but it does not have to be a fearful journey along the way.

Be open to feeling with the heart and discerning and choosing with the mind. Listen to your body. Make a choice and then listen to your body. If it is the right choice in the moment, you will find your body is relaxed and eager to move. If it is the wrong choice, there will be a feeling of uneasiness centered within your solar plexus or upper abdomen area (just beneath the diaphragm). This is not dualistic judgment. It is a simply a matter of choosing what direction you want to proceed in within this moment. The way could change tomorrow, but you will not know that until you arrive at the next moment.

This is a challenging theme for those who have allowed themselves to become caught up in restrictive belief systems and ways of doing things… especially those who have judged others as being wrong in their beliefs and practices.

Listen well – ALL existing belief systems including those within the realms of esoteric teachings – are being challenged.

What is good for one person will not necessarily work for another. There is no purpose in attempting to determine the direction in which others find themselves by decreeing that it must be done this or that way and no other. That restrictive thinking no longer pertains. The barriers to individual and collective creativity have dropped and will continue to dissolve until all that remains is the pure essence of being in the moment.

There are as many perceptions about life as there are human beings living upon this planet. One way fits all will not work, has never worked… and will not continue to be allowed to be used by a few to control the many. The dam has broken, the waters of the unconsciousness have been set loose.

All that has been hidden through the millennia, whether from self or the collective, is now in the process of being revealed. Learn from what is revealed, revel in the ability to make choices for what you wish to experience and learn how to navigate these untested waters of Source. You are on your way to becoming a new Human, a fully conscious divine being clothed in flesh and walking upon the earth, in your full splendor and strength. To get there will take tiny steps and adjustments, so be patient with yourself. You are on your way. Rejoice and make it so!

Remember, light beings do not comprehend or are ruled by linear time. Still, you can observe for yourself the destruction of the old paradigm is now clear to be seen by all, even those who are reluctant to accept change.

Change is probably the only experience we can count on in life, especially in the lower densities, so we might as well learn to adapt. Be the willow and the oak, supple, flexible, and strong at the same time.

Note to Readers: Now, this is ironic. I spent an entire year, actually about 13 months with an ascension “guide”… and look at this, I was writing about the same stuff in 2014. We know more than we often believe we do. Yes, I’ve done a lot of reading, studying of metaphysical materials. I even have vague memories of lifetimes studying and acting out various spiritual roles as a teacher, the Mother Superior of a small nunnery, the wife of a priest, and so on. These things are written into my flesh and occasionally emerge as words. Self-love is basic. Your frequency will not rise until you are capable of understanding that you are not the body; you are consciousness, energy, frequency, and resonance. With self-love comes acceptance, compassion, and love for all you see and experience. It is to feel the world outside as a continuation to the world within, expanding to encompass the Multiverse. Well, onto my little offering:

Self-love: this is a theme I have wrestled with my entire life. Mostly, it is due to my resistance to doing what others tell me to do, expect me to do in order to be accepted, generally following rules, feeling judgmental towards, or being judged by others for my perceived lacks and inability to adjust to the requirements of other to fit it. For a long time, I felt a little lost in this world. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Self-love… when you fully love self, you do not feel the judgments of others and likewise, you do not judge others as wanting, which is a consequence of projecting your inner feelings out into the world around you. Obviously, I understand this intellectually, but still, there emerges this kind of “stuff” to be looked at, hopefully dispassionately, but certainly with interest. In, “like I’m still doing that?”

We’re human and as humans we have taken on quite a load of s**t to turn into usable compost, reformatted and transmuted as energy for the good of the world. Love does have to enter into the process as being the only solvent to dissolve self-hatred and transmute it into self-love.

Without loving self, you cannot truly love others. And without loving others, you cannot fully serve unconditionally. If the tiniest particle of self-hatred and/or resentment remains, there is always a condition about your love and your service to others.

So, I’m learning as I go. At least I am willing to look at myself and see what can be changed. And if I allow myself some time and a little slack, I can also return to balance.

While I have a lot of gifts to offer humanity, I need to take care of myself first… and in so doing, I’m still able to be resolutely honest with my readers. No, I’m not perfect.

I came here to experience NOT being perfect, to experience polarity in all its permutations and so far I feel I’ve done pretty well… I have survived without going completely nutty.

On another topic, I’m becoming quite telepathic these days and registering with high sensitivity the feelings and thoughts of other people, which makes it quite challenging to maintain an inner balance, as well. Ah, well… I’m obviously an empath. I can feel the thoughts and energies of individuals living thousands of miles away, especially if they happen to be thinking of me.

It’s so important to become well acquainted with YOUR frequency signature so you know when you are receiving some outside interference and/or communications from others. We are so connected, although most of us hardly realize it during our waking moments. I am becoming even MORE sensitive than I already was… and striving to learn to handle that gift.

Journaling assists me in moving out of an unbalanced state. I would suggest that everyone find something, an activity or hobby that assists them in coming back to balance and clarity, as well. It’s only a suggestion; you’re welcome to ignore any advice coming from me.

There is journaling and what I do… sharing my inner thoughts and process with others all over the world. In person, I’m actually quite modest and quiet… well, I used to be, LOL. I can be quite silly and friendly as well.

These cosmic energies that are squeezing the older dense energies out of our four lower bodies are to be appreciated and thanked with a spirit of gratitude. Remember everything is energy and vibration; the cosmic waves of light that slap us so hard are also aware and sentient. I’m sure that they would appreciate a little love now and then, as a change from all the inner whining that has been going on from some folks.

I was reminded a few days ago, by one of my quiet guides that spiritual development comes in waves, as in ebb and flow. The big wave comes in and then it recedes. Another wave comes in and then it recedes. We reach a point of bliss and then come down. We reach a really low point or feel under stress for a while, then return to a state of balance and calm. By allowing yourself a more natural flow of feelings, being aware of that flow, you can return to balance if you get a bit off now and then.

Being a double Libra (sun/rising) balance is important to me. And obviously, it’s a challenge as well, as it will be and has been one of my greatest tests.

We are constantly being tested to see if we learned our lesson well. And sometimes, that lesson is simply to learn to accept self as you are now, as you will be and as you have been. Forgive and forget; let go of what has been. Release the need to worry about the past. Forgive yourself and others for any perceived wrongs and move on in your life. And understand that you will not always be in agreement with other’s opinions but allow them the right to state them and then choose what you want to do with the information. You’re not obligated to like everything out there, as each of us has preferences and likes. Those preferences will change as you allow your inner being to change and adapt to new situations that enter your life.

These are challenging times to be sure, but all of us have what is necessary to get us through them successfully if we but put some trust, love towards self, and allow that love to flow forth from us.

Many of us have been taught about scarcity… that there isn’t enough love, food, jobs, money, etc., in the world to supply everyone with happiness. There is, but that’s a whole other story… and not for right now. Starting with self-love, we can bring abundance into our life that wasn’t there before, because we blocked it out due to our belief in lack and our non-acceptance of self. The Universe hears your feelings about self and obligingly gives you what you believe. Change your belief and your world will change; it is cosmic law.

If you believe that you are worthy to receive love that you are love and capable of giving love, then your world will begin to reflect those qualities back to you within the interactions you have with those around you in your daily life. I get the oddest smiles from strangers! And give them a big smile, back!

Love is all there is. Love is where it’s at. Learn to love self. Meanwhile, I’ll do my best and attempt the same. Shouldn’t give advice on something I haven’t tried on myself!

We’re changing… bit by bit, molecule by molecule. Focusing on clearing self of old energies, thought forms and what have you, will allow you to feel ever clearer in your outlook on life. I wish you all well.

Eliza: The Pain of the Warrior

Note to Readers: This piece was written in 2014. Although not a warrior this time around, I empathize with those who have fought and defended humanity, on this planet and beyond…I salute you!

There are tears of understanding flowing down my cheeks right now. I have arrived at a profound understanding of at least a part of what I have been undergoing the past couple of weeks and for probably longer… releasing the self-loathing of a warrior who feels guilty for what he has done in the name of a cause, a nation, a way of life that he no longer recognizes as being healthy or desirable.

I have never worn a uniform in this lifetime, although members of my family certainly have; my father was a Navy Chief, my uncle worked with the Coast Guard, a cousin served in Nam… etc. As a young female in the 1960’s, I wasn’t expected to engage in warfare. That way of thinking has evolved towards an acceptance of women into the ranks of the military but has done little to alleviate the violence and self-hatred that soldiers, of either sex, feel when they kill and maim and destroy life.

And it is this lingering self-hatred that weaves a sordid pattern through our existence, until one day we resolve to transmute and transform the self-loathing into love of self. And these feelings of self-hatred are carried within our etheric bodies from lifetime to lifetime until we are ready to resolve and transmute them, to deal with them as I have been doing, on a conscious basis and during dreamtime with my guides and mentors.

Yesterday, I was speaking to a young man who had been a gunner. As he described the big artillery guns that he worked with, I could see them in my mind’s eye. Him being an offender and me a staff member, I was not at liberty to tell him of my own remembrances of being a warrior, of working big guns on sailing vessels and starships, of being involved in galactic and terrestrial warfare, of my sense of loss at the destruction of an entire planet or the burning of a humble cottage. Death, destruction, and denial are all part of a soldier’s way of life, and I understand it, I know it, I feel it, but not because I have been a soldier in this lifetime.

Now is the time that I take off the armor, the braces that have strengthened my arm and protected me from energetic blows, to remove the barriers from around my heart center so that I might more readily feel the energies of those with whom I am connected. Now I can release the self-hatred and condemnation for taking part with the destruction of lives and cultures, each time dying inside as another piece of me died out there.

No matter how you might try to convince me that I was only following orders, obeying my commander, or performing a righteous act by destroying the enemy, I always instinctively knew that destruction was not the way to right wrongs.

I have already written of remembering my last days as a British RAF bomber pilot. I don’t remember how long I flew the skies over France and Germany; few who flew those planes ever came home, again. This was in the short, dark days before the Americans entered the war. Britain was losing and was desperate, holding an enemy at bay by the strength of will and courage of her own stubborn people. At the same time, the enemy was being supported by entities within the British and American governments and private, industrial interests, intent in wreaking havoc while making tons of money by supplying both sides of the artificial conflict.

I died in that evil conflict, as did many. And many soldiers still die in wars. The time of using war to solve problems is over; it has been revealed to be a destructive tool used by those who wish to keep humanity under control, dominated and cowed. No longer; the soldiers are waking up, even those who have not been soldiers in this lifetime, like me, are waking up and surrendering our need to defend ourselves against an enemy that never existed except in the illusionary conjuring of beings desperately trying to keep the rest of humanity in fear and in the dark.

Despite all the deliberate burying of the real truth of these matters by the mass media, people are waking up and realizing that they have bought and lived a lie, that people aren’t naturally a race that exists only to fight and hate each other – that we are meant to live together and thrive as a collective and fully conscious race.

So, we must step beyond our self-imposed limitations and free ourselves, individually and as a collective, from the false dream that we have lived and struggled within. The walls of the cages have been lifted, but not all of us are comfortable with moving past the former barriers and into the blinding light of freedom, responsibility and embracing the spirit of Unity that urges us all towards a New and unknown world.

It takes former captives some adjustment to become re-accustomed to freedom; some never overcome the conditioned responses that have served as a means to survive the pain. So, we step out into the light, some of us with stronger resolution and determination, others with more temerity and reluctance, for to be well and truly free, we need to fully embrace that we deserve freedom.

The lives that we live now are pivotal in the growth and development of Self as Soul. We are moving towards full consciousness but moving from a state of being crippled and chained, whether by phantom binders or, in some cases, real prisons. The conditioned mind can be just as much a prison as one made of concrete and steel bars. And it will take many people all of this life and perhaps many lifetimes to be able to willingly release all that keeps them from wanting to move forward and evolve, fully embracing coming into full consciousness.

So, I have chosen to release my old memories, that of being a soldier, a warrior, whether for the defense of my king and queen or done for a cause created by those intent on destroying humanity. I let it go. I am done with it. I move to embrace my growing relationship with my multidimensionality, with my Higher Self, with the masters of Creation, with Source.

With a heart that is near bursting from the unaccustomed inflow of love, I embrace all those who are in the process of opening up to a new awareness of the connections that bind all of life together. I cannot look at the picture of a young animal, a laughing baby, a flower, a beautiful sky, a heavily lined face of an elder, without feeling an oneness with these beings, with all life. I am learning to free my human, limited consciousness and to allow the flow of not knowing what is going to happen, releasing my fears and worries of the future, to walk into the unknown with open eyes, open heart, and blithe spirit.

And I embrace and reach out to all those who have worn uniforms of their various nations or cultures, who have resisted the invaders or have been the invaders themselves. We have all walked in each other’s shoes at one time or another. Now we can lay down our arms and embrace each other, in brotherhood and sisterhood, as human beings and members of Creation, free, whole, and unified.

My blessings go forth to all who are evolving and to those who stumble still in the twilight of their own self-imposed darkness. The dawn awaits us all, but we need to step forth into that golden light, of our own free will and in full knowledge that nothing will ever be the same for us again. Have trust that your innermost soul guides you, as the Sword of Truth cuts through the illusions and faith strengthens our determination and our hearts to go forth.

The Sirians: Out of the Heart of Darkness

Note to Readers: This piece was written over ten years ago. I am not doing any channeling these days, but it is interesting to see just how much I have changed in some things and not in others. Truth is truth. Lies are usually found out eventually… and I have discovered plenty of untruths, outright lies, and tons of misinformation, distraction, and disinformation being presented as “truth”, which didn’t hold up to years of scrutiny and a growing sense of inner strength, discernment, and sovereignty. Life is a journey; not all survive it.

Below is a description of one of the Sirian emissaries as I pictured him during a meditation. From the description, I would guess that he is a Katay from the Sirius A, Ashkera star system and not from Morga or one of the other planets of Sirius B, or Thula. Whoever he is… wow!

As he is speaking, I gaze upon or rather up to the Sirian Emissary, for he is very tall, at least seven feet tall. He has a slender, elegant figure of great strength, vitality, and grace. He is wearing a dark blue suit that clings to his long limbs, over which is draped a long light blue loose caftan like robe embroidered with gold and silver threads into beautiful leaf and flower patterns. Upon his head is a small turban like hat, with a great blue diamond pinned to the front above his forehead. The Sirian’s hair is very dark, almost black and hangs down his back in waves. He has deep violet eyes that are set wider than that of an Earth human; they are also very large and lustrous. His skin is dark, with a bluish cast, but quite smooth like the skin of a twenty-year old. His nose is long and straight; his lips small and perfectly formed. His ears, peeping out from the dark hair are small and set lower on the head than an Earth human’s, but are quite perfectly formed. In all, he is a magnificent being. He also has the appearance of glowing slightly and is surrounded by a golden aura that emanates great peace and wisdom. I suspect he is actually a being of 6D or higher, appearing in this manner for my benefit.

And now, to the “Sirians”:

Out of the Womb of Creation comes the beginning of a new race, a composite race, the new Human. From many races came the seeds for your beginnings, nurtured deep in the breast of the Mother, you have remained in potential until now, as the increasing energies of the Cosmic Rays are triggering the etheric portions of your DNA, unleashing the codes within.

We are the Sirian emissaries, and we come in peace, with words of remembrance, from those who are both kin and mentors. Among the many star races that have given birth to humanity, we are but one, but one with close ties to planet Terra, for many of our finest chose to incarnate there in preparation for the coming harvest and beginnings of a new Cosmic race.

For those of you who are ever awakening to the shift in the energies, do you feel the subtle changes in your own feelings, about yourself and about the world around you? Like a stag lifting its head to sniff at the shifting wind, you can smell and sense a difference. For those who are sensitive, there has been a lessening of the burden that you have carried up until now, the emotions and beliefs of others. You are becoming aware that you are a sovereign being and that it is up to each individual to sort out what is theirs and what belongs to others. It is up to each to dissolve the base frequency that keeps them bound to repeating behaviors and negative belief programs, endlessly.

The Light tsunami that is about to hit the solar system, planet Terra and you, will shatter the remaining debris and barriers of the old energy; it will not survive the increase of frequencies. You will survive for you were born to this time, this day when the birth of a new being was to occur. The planning and preparation for this time have taken many lifetimes, on many planets, in many dimensions. Each of you has been seeded with a unique blend of gifts and talents with which you have been endowed by Source, through your own efforts and by the fractals of your composite being.

Yet still, we sense there are those among you who persist in denying their own power, who seek to lash out at others in a bid to gain some sort of protection for themselves by establishing as being authorities on any issue. This is an old game of the ego, desirous to protect its territory and to retain its rule over your future destiny. It is a game that the ego will not win, for the cycles have moved beyond the control of mind, ego, and emotions to continue to limit humanity to the 3D belief system that was constructed specifically to control and suppress this very thing from happening – the birth of Humanity, into all its beauty and splendor.

For too long have you been denied your birthright, yet the struggle has won you much needed and valuable experience and insight about life on a physical planet, seemingly cut-off from Source, from the one you know as your Creator, your parents, and from us, your galactic kin. Truly you have never been separated but for the Veil of Forgetfulness that you took on as you entered this lifetime. These karmic veils were designed to make you believe that you were separate, but always there was an inner drive to discover a way to return to Wholeness. This drive emanated from deep within your etheric body, as a pink diamond, a sacred seed set there to be discovered by you and to thereby set into motion a complete transformation and return to full consciousness and more.

We applaud your efforts to get to know yourselves better and to connect with each other, but do not hang on the efforts of those that you might label as special or talented. All of you are co-creators and have tremendous potential and creativity to use for the good of the collective and so you shall when you come into your full birthright as a Cosmic Being. You will not recognize yourself from your present human perspective, yet you will recognize Self as being what you are in Truth, a fully-fledged Human angel, a light being, a star seed, a composite being of many layers and much complexity, of great beauty and strength.

Seek within for your Truth and you will find it there, as you listen to the silent still voice that speaks to you in the darkest part of the morning before the light of dawn illuminates the East. You are on the brink of becoming masters and it is up to you to take the last steps through the thorny forest of self-doubt and shadow. From the heart of darkness, from the dark womb of creation, you will emerge bright, glowing beings of great power and authority. And with your Coming, your world will change completely. No longer will the problems that existed within the conflicting belief systems of third density be an impediment to your progress in healing the earth. You will cut through the shattered remains of the old paradigms with your Sword of Truth and reveal the way forward like a clear beacon of light, for that is what you are, even now.

We stand with you, to guide and mentor, to point out your strengths, to give you encouragement, but you must do the work yourselves, and take the final steps through the gates that stand on the edge of the new world.

Into the new, leaving behind all of the old, you have been engaged in stripping away layers of conditioning, outmoded belief systems and thought forms that are not of your creation. What is left, as pristine as it still does not represent the wholeness that you seek, but it is emerging even as we convey these words through our scribe. Feel the difference, sense the changes that are ongoing deep within your own bodies. Like the caterpillar locked deep in the embrace of its cocoon, the transformation that you are currently undergoing is profound and beyond the understanding of the old rational mind, but with patience and the spirit of self-discovery, you will discover a portion of your potential.

We hear the skepticism in your minds. Do you doubt our words perhaps? That is your prerogative; yet, in time you will see for yourselves what it is that we attempt to convey in these humble words. Honor yourselves and believe in your journey. Each and every one of you is important to the Whole, which includes us, your kin, and the entire Universe. The complexity of the mission that you are involved with will become apparent, but not quite yet, so we bid you have a bit more patience with these messages and those coming through other channels.

We realize that now there exist many detractors and those who would criticize the words that come through our various scribes, yet we remind each of you that you all have the ability to “hear” what is not seen. It is a gift and ability that is part and parcel of your multidimensional being and a sense that has been much maligned by those who would control you. You see, by hearing within, you are bypassing all control systems designed to cut you off from the source of your inner wisdom. If you doubt your intuition, you disempower the very source of your wisdom; you do, in fact, willingly act to cut off yourself from Source.

Also, you have the ability to discern whether or not a message resonates with you. If you have not yet attained the frequency level of the messenger, more likely the message will have little meaning for you, right now. That can and will change, but only you can determine what suits and what does not. It is up to you to decide to leave that behind which does not and leave others to their individual journeys. It does not matter that you do not understand the words or meaning for that is the habit of the rational mind, to seek to categorize, divide and conquer. It is the feeling behind and beneath the words that is important; if it is meant for you, your heart will understand, even if the message makes no sense to your waking mind.

There is no reason to fear that you will be taken over by a negative being, for you are a sovereign being you have the right to command the spirits. They must obey Cosmic Law or suffer the consequences, as even now the erstwhile controllers are beginning to feel the loss of their control over humanity. It follows that what you focus on returns to you in full measure. If you focus on controlling others, it is done out of fear of those who are “outside” of yourself, but in reality, it is done out of fear of Self.

Those who sought to control and suppress humanity knew that the end of their time would come and have done their utmost to slow down the process of awakening. Yet, humanity is waking up from its collective dream of despair, lack, and fear… waking up to the realization that what it has been taught all these past centuries is not the truth. What is Truth remains to be discovered by each individual; it is a part of the great adventure that still lies ahead.

Go forth into the light that beckons you onward, dear ones. You are not far from a profound signpost upon your journey. Remember the journey doesn’t end when you attain the frequency levels of fifth density; it is only beginning. We will greet you in the light of the new dawn, as you emerge out of the heart of darkness, each and every one, as promised to the Creator in time outside of time.

The Sirians: Welcome Home!

Note to Readers: Just because I wrote this piece some ten years ago, doesn’t mean I remember what I wrote. And there it was… at least one past life spent in the Sirius B system… one of which I have written and struggled over for a few years (see the story about Lord Delos). For I had been told I was from the Sirius A system… and an entirely different race. So, here is the truth, in my own words before I was contacted by another with an entirely different story. Hmmm. We all need to trust in our own intuition and inner knowings. It is the well from which we will draw out the Truth… The memories briefly addressed below would be the part played during the Orion Wars, when our worlds were besieged by an aggressive foe from the Orion Zone, the Dominion, aka the Nebu, an alliance of Grays with a powerful organic Queen AI hive. I was one of the many rebels who did not wish to see the remaining sovereignty of our worlds ripped from our hands, part of the Black League. Elena Danaan has mentioned the existence of this long-defeated force that has returned within us, the freedom fighters of Terra. ~Eliza

We come to you tonight, beloved, to welcome you back into the arms of your soul family, for you have spent many lifetimes upon planets within the solar system of Ashkera, the great star known on Terra as Sirius A. When you look at the night skies of your northern latitudes, you can pick out one of the brightest stars in the heavens, the Dog Star, known to the ancient Egyptians and one of the starry homes of the human race, as part of their sojourn across the Universe.

We are here to continue to assist you in releasing the lower vibrational memories of lifetimes spent in Sirius, especially on one of the planets revolving around the star Thula, also known as Sirius B. It is not necessary to remember all the lifetimes or to dredge up the trauma experienced there; just know that these lifetimes were / are part of your preparation for understanding what has happened to the human race, throughout their long and tragic history.

As you are becoming aware, many galactic races exist at on several frequencies, as part of the ALL THAT IS. In other words, these races are fully multidimensional. And you, as an envoy of Sirian and Pleiadian origins, resonate with this truth. Now, as planet Terra begins her ascension in earnest, your own ascension into higher frequencies is being supported, as your human vehicle was created to resonate to the frequency level of the planet.

You are also beginning to recognize that you are not your body. The human body was designed by its creators as a vehicle into which higher evolved star races could embody in order to be able to experience living on planet Terra. It was only after the descent in frequency that these same beings became trapped within a lower dimensional karmic loop frequency that you forgot your starry origins. We are here, now, to remind you that the consciousness of all those who now live upon the Terra, despite their human appearance, are of alien origin. Your bodies are the product of the genetic engineering capabilities of up to 22 different races with the addition of a primitive lemur-like creature.

Originally, the genome of your physical vehicles was seeded by ten intergalactic races and the genome of the lemur-like creature. Humanity was also seeded into other regions of Nataru, the Milky Way Galaxy, especially in the Man System (Kepler 62) or what you call Lyra. Long ago, these beautiful and resource-filled planets were invaded by an aggressive Reptilian race called the Ciakahrr.

Those of the Lyran peoples (five races, four human and one benevolent Reptilian) were forced to flee and find new homes. Thus, humanity was scattered to many star systems within Nataru. Eventually, some of these humans made their way to Terra and intermarried with the Terrans. Then, some 374,000 years ago, Terra was claimed by a highly technological race from the Orion Zone who came to be known on your planet as the Anunnaki.

A conflict arose within the Anunnaki themselves with regards on how to treat the primitive humans living on Terra. It is a long story told elsewhere, but briefly, it was the general of the forces, Enlil, decided he wanted to have a race of workers developed after men of his own kind (or perhaps a subspecies, the Igigi) rebelled and refused to work for their leaders. However, your early progenitors built into your genome the ability to tap into your natural multidimensionality and a profound connection to Source energy. Despite the native intelligence of the Terrans being knocked down, as the frequency levels of the planet rise, the quantum portions of human DNA can and have come online.

You have been told that your bodies were created to serve others as slaves; this is not true, for once upon your beautiful planet, there existed a very high and spiritual people, on the nation of Lemuria, the Motherland of Mu. Many other civilizations have also existed upon your world, their remnants either ignored or discounted by those of the more traditional training in archaeology and history. Yet the battered remnants of these great civilizations remain in plain sight for those who are able to see. As your frequency levels climb, your eyes will be able to see, finally, what has been deliberately hidden in plain view by those who wished to keep the planet and its peoples confined to a limited and highly controlled environment, sometimes called the Matrix.

You have been told many distortions by those who wished to keep you within lower vibrations, including false teachings about ascension itself. You are beginning to understand that ascension is a process and one that not only involves this planet Terra, but the entire Universe. Ascension is ongoing and never ends. Ascension has been made available to all who live on planet Terra because the planet herself has risen high enough in frequency to enter fourth density, with a rapid rise to fifth density. However, it is up to each Soul who guides the soul fragment existing within the human vehicle as to whether or not they, as an individual, chose to undergo ascension in this lifetime, a choice usually made before incarnation.

All is frequency. All is energy. However, until you understand that it is the frequency level in which you exist that determines your thoughts, you cannot move forward and upward. The old barriers have been cast down, yet many who live upon your world still persist in hanging onto their old patterns of beliefs and prejudices, simply because of their familiarity. These same beings, as mates, siblings, friends, and co-workers serve to trigger those who will awake in this lifetime, by living out various roles and acting out the extremities of polarity for the ones who will seek the light.

It is time to let go of all fears, that lowest of all frequency levels and to embrace the love that you are, a part of the ALL THAT IS. You have never been separate from Source, Creator, God. The angels, the archangels, light beings, and star brethren have always been at your side and in your dreams, guiding, mentoring, and reaching out to those who could respond at some level. For many thousands of years, it has been difficult for your off-world relatives to contact you, as your ears have been stopped up by false beliefs and overpowered by the desire of your rational mind to discount all things existing outside the parameters set by your five physical senses. Now that the planet has succeeded in reaching a certain level of frequency, the way stands open for many to begin to suddenly awaken, as a whole new set of meta-senses comes online… clairsentience, clairaudience, claircognizance, telepathy and many gifts that are naturally the birthright of the human race.

For those who have been on a conscious journey, it will seem time and beyond time for the awakening ones to peek out beyond the illusionary boundaries of their 3D worlds and into the great world gleaming just beyond. Yet for those who are taking their first steps it will seem more like stepping into a fog bank. With some trepidation they will begin to step out and slowly expand their horizons. In response to changes and sensations in their own bodies, many will fear that they have lost their sanity or are developing some strange illness. While it is wise to seek out medical advice, also seek within to discover ways to facilitate your own clearing. Learn to trust your intuition and the inner guidance that you receive as you begin to reconnect to what has been lost for a long time.

The powers that were know that they are losing, but they still persist. The forces of the Earth Alliance have given them many chances to surrender, but they always broke any agreements and lied their way out of danger. The time when surrender is possible has passed. The Earth Alliance militaries will no longer take prisoners. Those who have committed crimes against humanity will face extinction and removal from this planet. And there are those who still hold to fear and in doing so unwittingly serve the former controllers in keeping their own frequency levels lowered.

We ask that all now step out of fear and learn how to release the layers of programming that have saturated the very cells of your bodies and have infected your DNA. Seek the way to step out of fear and into the higher frequencies of compassion and love. By doing so, you will facilitate the process of many others to begin to move into the light as well.

As you open to your inner guidance, you will come into conscious awareness of the presence of your own guides. You can and do communicate to these beings during dreamtime. You can learn to communicate to them during your waking hours, as well. The gift of telepathy exists within all human beings; it is your birthright, granted to you by your stellar parent races. Those who channel energies are no more special than any other human being, for all who live upon this planet channel energies in some fashion or another, especially those who actively utilize their creative energies through writing, art, music, dance, and other creative endeavors.

Ascension is a very individual process. Each person needs to understand that there is no back door to ascension where you will be hereby granted free admission; you must do the necessary clearing work in order to rise in frequency level. As you cleanse your body and mind, you encounter further layers not unlike an onion, peeling away at the conditioning of the ages and the karmic legacy of your human genetics. You do not need to be like your parents or to do what they have done. The past is done. Linear time is in the process of collapsing. Soon the human race will have no memory of what has gone on before as it will be of no importance to them anymore. And you will be able to live and create in the moment, responsible and responsive to every thought that you gather within, instantly reflecting as your worldly experience.

Those of you who are now beginning to be contacted by their soul groups and planetary homes are in the process of being prepared to lead humanity into a new golden age, one that will last for an eternity. Never again will beings of lower frequency than that of the planet itself be allowed to incarnate on the planet or within this solar system. The entire Universe is also in the process of being cleared of all dissonant frequencies and some of you will assist other worlds to clear their frequency levels utilizing the experiences and knowledge that you have garnered here as part of this planetary ascension process.

For those of you, who have lived at the edges of society, reticent in revealing the entire range of what they are able to perceive because it was so different than the mass consciousness, will step out and into the light, as forerunners for the rest of humanity. They do not seek to have followers, but there will be those who are intuitively drawn to their light, which we now bid them to hold high, like lighthouses and beacons, for their families, friends, and neighbors.

We come to these forerunners so that they might truly understand that although they may still be progressing into the higher frequencies, they do not stand alone, but are assisted every step of the way should they so desire. And it is this sense of personal sovereignty that we need to impress on each and every one of you who reads these words.

You are a light being. You are energy. You are special and unique. You are loved and held in high regard throughout the Universe, for many races have watched the struggles of planet Terra and that of her peoples. And many have sent their finest in a bid to aid the ascension process of the planet and her children. You are now feeling and beginning to see the outplaying of the Shift, in the growing chaos on the planet, in the reversal of the magnetics of your sun, Sol, in the changes in climate and institutions. All that once seemed unchangeable is now in a state of extreme flux. So, it is during the transition from one age to another, but this time it is quite different, for it is a transition out of captivity and into freedom. You are now in the process of reconnecting with the greater part of your Self, that part that was cut off from humanity when you descended into 3D. The gateways and star portals have been reopened; the connection with your star families and dimensions of origin has now commenced. We welcome you Home.

The “system” or matrix we have been working under began a long time ago when Jehovah began his process of mentoring the Khazarians. Jehovah was masquerading as the Creator, but in actuality, he was an ET and not a god.

The system found its way to Rome, then to the Vatican and into private banking run by the ruling families of the Italian Peninsula (Italy did not exist; there were city states).

JF Kennedy attempted to remove the U.S. from the central banking system in 1963 under his Executive Order 111110, creating a silver-backed dollar and charging no interest. Of course, the central bankers would have none of it… and JFK was assassinated.

- Humanity is more sacred than you know — we can make tremendous contributions to the Galaxy
- Orion Empire has fallen — they fell because they lost Terra
- Religions are divisive (he goes more into this, but I won’t elaborate here)
- Learn to observe, not judge, work to cleanse & clear body of toxins (physical, emotional, mental)
- Terran religions have been manipulated
- We are in the STORM! The storm of disclosure… arrests. Military tribunals will start later in 2023.
- Alex feels everything is going to be okay — there will be adjustments to systems, reboot
- Military technology is 100’s of years advanced to public
- The White House you see on TV/MSM is a mock-up, a stage set being rented by fake POTUS
- Only thing real in Washington D.C. is Congress; all other offices are closed, empty
- Atmospheric rivers being directed towards California and West Coast are drowning the tunnels, DUMBs, flushing out the filth
- Are you still in fear?
- Each person has to find their way forward; no one can do it for you.
- New tech will be available starting four to five months after remainder of DS actors are removed
- There will be a transition from combustible engines to advanced tech including magnetic propulsion, anti-gravity… roads will be used for walking/bicycling
- Alex estimates a 20-year transition to new advanced modes of transport
- In 1996 lecture, estimate of 400 million would be ascending to 5D. Alex does not know how many will be ascending to 4D (Editor’s note: Elena has mentioned that once you reach 4D consciousness, it is faster to rise up to 5D)
- Rate of ascension will be determined by each individual, how long/fast they wake up and embrace their true spirituality. Free will choice; the WHs do not coerce.

The Gift of an Open Mind – Laura Aboli

The gift of having an open mind is being open to the possibility of something. The gift of having a balanced mind is once you accept that possibility, you consider all aspects of it and discern whether it’s something you wish to accept or discard.

Believing everything you are told is as bad and dangerous as not believing anything. The key, as with everything in life, is balance.

The journey of seeking truth is a minefield, and you will experience, excitement, disappointment, assurance and bewilderment on a continuous basis. This is the nature of discovery, there are false trails and false prophets along the way, but with time your discernment skills sharpen and you learn to read the warning signs.

It’s all part and parcel of the learning process itself. We’ve all gone from varying degrees of naivety to high levels of skepticism, suspicion and mistrust.

The good news is, that in the process, we have grown to trust ourselves, our instinct and our intuition, and that, my friends, is what all of this is about.

The freedom we crave will only come when we are truly ready to be free. Freedom requires discipline, self-responsibility, self-regulation, empathy, consideration towards others and the ability to navigate with an open mind but with your intuition as sharp as it can be.

The current madness is the training ground for our graduation to freedom. Make sure you pass the finals! Hopefully they are coming up soon!

I believe life is a co-creative process. There is a component of predestined events and a component of free will.

When you are in touch with your soul and you therefore have a better sense of what your purpose or destiny might be, the process runs more smoothly and life seems to fall into place.

You are cooperating in the creative process in tandem with what was predetermined for you and that’s when you start becoming aware of the synchronicities which make life magical.

But none of this is possible if you are consumed by the matrix, you need to step aside and gain a certain perspective that will allow you to see things for what they are, but more importantly allow you to see yourself for who you truly are.

Understanding the illusion of the system that has enslaved us is not only the first step towards it’s collapse, it is also the first step in your own personal transformation.

The illusion, after all, not only has you believing that there is no life outside of the system, it also has you believing that you are nothing more than another insignificant cog in a monstrous structure that works either with or without you. But this is not the case and reclaiming your worth is part of the transformation.

Like Rumi beautifully expressed;
“You are not a drop in the ocean, you are the entire ocean in a drop.”

Claim your worth, regain your power and start creating the life you were meant to live.

We are the Light Collective. Our theme today is: “Are you looking for love in all the wrong places?”

What is love, really?

This has been a perennial question in the hearts of many people, lifetime after lifetime, as they are struck by the storms of life and seemingly bereft of solace. They have yearned to find true love.

Some lucky ones have discovered shelter in the arms of another and have learned the delicate art of giving and receiving, sharing a short time together or many decades. Still, even this is not the fullness of love.

Many of you, knowing the true quality of Love from living in the higher dimensions, have come here to experience the seemingly paucity of love. Through your daily life, you have experienced loneliness and even desolation, as the painful prick of separation from Source has wounded your emotional body.

You may have even judged yourself as not being deserving of love, not worthy… perhaps suffering lack due to a need to balance “karma.”

These are judgments and prejudices emanating from the old paradigm of control and domination. Maybe you have felt that you didn’t have what other people appeared to have. So, perhaps out of desperation you sought to grab it away, surrounding yourself with material goods and a trophy spouse. And still found, much to your chagrin, a great sense of emptiness within, unnourished and unquenched.

Perhaps you turned away from the world feeling that because you perceived that you had been rejected, that you would punish yourself by rejecting others.

Perhaps you sought the company of shallow, short-lived relationships, always hungering for what did not seem to satisfy the inner longing.

Or perhaps you withdrew entirely from relationships and into depression, seeking solace in a bottle, a needle or a joint.

You looked, continually, to others to supply what you deemed your lack, but the seeking was often for naught. You read books, attended lectures, prayed, ate what you thought was the correct food, worked hard… and perhaps still did not receive your just reward, true love.

You latched onto the promises of others who said that they could teach you how to find your soul mate, if only you paid them money and took their classes or read their book.

You joined a dating service, only to discover a huge quantity of individuals totally mismatched to your energies. And still you yearned to find love, outside, elusive, and unavailable. Or so you thought.

You were simply looking for love in all the wrong places.

You are Love. If you have been a seeker, you have heard that simple saying before, but have you ever considered it to be true for you?

Love is the engine that drives the universes. Love is energy. Love is powerful. Love is cleansing. Love heals all wounds, instantly; unconditional love, which is. Love is not conditional outside of third density. It is simply a force of Nature, the web of resonance that binds worlds, stars, and beings together.

Within the old third density structures, love has been seen as something that could be bought. Lust and infatuation has also been mistaken for love. Love is not any of those things and all of those things. Love is the very underpinning and foundation of the material worlds. And love is beyond human words to express its magnificent qualities. Love is beyond the ability to quantify, divide or destroy. It simply is eternal.

You must experience love to begin to get an inkling of what we speak. How do I go about this, you may ask? Meditation and prayer will open the way. Learning to love you and to forgive is another step.

Forgiveness of self and others allows you to let go of all the past hurts, wrongs, and injustices. It allows you to begin to dismantle the barriers that your ego has erected around your heart in order to protect you.

Meditation is a way to quiet the overactive rational mind and to overstep the artificial boundaries placed on your imagination by the ego. Step through the fence, pass the wall that has been erected around your etheric heart center and allow the soul to melt away the fear, distrust, and angst.

Once you enter the realm of Love, you step beyond the boundaries of ego’s understanding. You are carried by the winds of heaven into worlds without end. You leave judgment and sorrow behind.

But… you live in a physical world, with daily challenges which require you to focus your attention and time. In these times, few are those who can live in the energies of the higher dimensions all the time, at least yet. This is changing as the Shift advances and at a very rapid rate. Thus, some people find themselves overwhelmed by challenge, some have found a place of balance and allowing in their life, and others are energized by the onslaught of intense cosmic rays.

Each person is in the right place according to the dictates of their soul. And by seeking the calm inner voice of Love, that emanates from your soul and monad (soul family) you can latch onto and follow the beacon Home, too.

Judge not, either yourself for perceived failings or another, for their mistakes or perceived imbalances. Each of you is undergoing a very unique and tailored for your experience process that draws you ever closer to the Heart of the Creator.

Choices need to be made. Simplifying your life will allow those choices to become clearer. By the act of detaching yourself from the demands and distractions of the old energy, you will find that you no longer need the same.

Discover within that place of neutrality and become the observer in your world. Detach, simplify and be quiet. As your sense of peace grows naturally in the quiet, you will discover for yourself that you are strong enough to withstand the vicissitudes that life throws in your direction. You will begin to be the light in the forest, the lighthouse standing tall above the wave-lashed shore.

Within your heart, you will discover that love has never left you behind, that you have never been alone. Always your soul, along with your guides and mentors, has always been with you. Let go of the judgment, the need to please others and realize that you are okay, now, just as you are.

Whatever you have done in this lifetime and others, you can be healed. And those of you, who are light workers, have done extra work to transmute the misaligned energies of love buried within your karmic and genetic legacies. Without your presence here, the world would still remain in shadow.

You came here because you are an emanation of the heart of the Creator. You were chosen to be here, to undergo trial and tribulation, to forget, to experience ache and pain, all for the purpose of returning the wholeness of Creation back to full alignment with the First Cause. And you are succeeding very well, indeed.

Your being here is an act of great love.

Let the tears fall. Feel the smile begin, inside, deep within your heart. Reach out in your imagination to those you cannot see, the ones you left behind when you embodied here, on Gaia. They are here, waiting for you to open to both them and the greater You. Allow yourself to drop your barriers to feeling and open like a flower to the sun.

Feel the warmth of the bright sun within. It is the love of your soul for you. It has no conditions and waits patiently for you to turn to it. By becoming quiet, by letting go of defenses, by going within… in short, doing everything that you’ve always been told not to do… you will rediscover the fullness of yourself that exists within Love, always.

You are Love, dear ones. Really begin to take that thought and ponder upon it. It is simple yet the most profound truth that you will ever come across. Like love, you are eternal and unbound. And you can live within the warm resonance of love always if you choose.

Go now in peace. Our love and admiration goes with you.

On Being Highly Sensitive

Note to Readers, old and new: This is a piece written originally about 12 or 13 years ago. I have edited it quite a bit and still find it rather wordy, one of my weaknesses as a writer. I long for worlds where telepathy is used and a simple vision can address volumes of meaning. Still, it might be helpful to some. I am allowing comments this time, although I may turn them off, again. Any impertinent comments will be summarily deleted. I am in charge of maintaining the frequency of this blog.

Western culture has not always appreciated the highly sensitive among us. I should know since I am one of the 15 to 20% of the population often mistaken as being “shy”, socially inept, or socially backward. While I thought myself shy for many years, I have since found out I’m merely different. As I learn to accept what I am, I’ve grown more comfortable with being just who I am, without apologies to anyone.

The highly sensitive are just that, sensitive to loud noises, smells, strong emotions, confrontation, and clutter. I feel more comfortable doing something alone than attending a party. As I have gotten older, I have learned that I require more alone time just to unwind from a day at work. I seek solace like many others seek company. I find my own company quite enough, especially when in the woods, hiking or camping.

For many years I didn’t understand what was wrong with me; then, I finally figured out that there wasn’t anything wrong with me. That someone can be different and be quite normal is not usually presented as an option in our western society. I have lived without television, cellphones, and loud music for years and find no lack in my life. I would prefer to read, garden, hike and work with my hobbies, painting, and photography.

Something in the 1990’s, I ran across a book called “Are you Highly Sensitive?” I read with some curiosity and was gratified to discover that there were other people like myself. I have always used my feelings as a measure. Early on, even in the 1980’s I became aware that I was highly intuitive.

Once I was hiking on my own in a state park outside of Spokane. It was mid-Autumn, in November. The weather was rapidly changing, and clouds were building up in the sky. I had parked my car outside the park boundary as the main entrance was closed. I followed an old road above the main canyon and then dropped down on unmarked side trails until reaching the main trail along the creek. Going upstream, I stopped as I saw a sudden movement on the far side of the creek; there was a wild mink. It looked at me for a few moments. Then, suddenly, I felt a kind of “click” in my head; I just knew that somehow I needed to return to my car, that the weather was changing. I started back. Within 200 feet of the car the rain started to come down very hard. Somehow I “felt” a change in the air pressure and was able to keep myself from getting too wet.

Other events happened during the next couple of years. At one point, while walking to work, I suddenly knew that I would be moving in a short time. Within two weeks, I had moved back to Seattle. I started to get in touch with my intuition. In fact, it was almost like I was receiving some kind of instruction — follow your intuition no matter what. I learned later that intuition is how our guides speak to us, through the vehicle of the body. It is up to each of us as individuals to learn to decipher the non-verbal language of intuition.

A couple of years later, I received a letter from one of my sisters. I did not need to open it to realize that the letter contained some negative news for me. Indeed, it did. The incident proved to be one of the first where my immediate and extended family and I began to go our separate ways.

For a long time, I did not understand what was going on in my life that would precipitate such events; I just responded at the moment as best I could. It wasn’t until within the last five years or so that I began to read things about the Indigo children, crystals and finally about ascension. Then, just this past spring, I began to realize that I was probably a starseed or envoy who volunteered to come to Earth. This was the truth of why I was different. Although I had a genetic bloodline from the indigenous population of this planet (human beings of planet Earth) I also had an additional genetic connection to my Star Family. In knowing this, I began to understand in greater detail why my life had taken the direction it did which was so different from my own family, neighbors, and co-workers. I had a purpose in being here, now, and it had nothing to do with the continuation of my Earth bloodline.

While I was married for a short time in the 1970’s, the relationship did not last very long. I was growing and exploring new avenues of spirituality, energy work and metaphysics, lines of inquiry that fascinated me and frightened my husband. Although we both were very devoted to our outdoor activities, we could not find common ground with my new interests. I needed to grow; my husband was not willing to, so I decided to leave the marriage.

I was still unprepared as I felt the depression and grief descend upon me when I finally received the divorce papers. Still, I had made a decision and had to stick by it. Although I did not realize it at the time, marriage and children would not be a part of my future. I have remained single ever since, failing to discover anyone suitable and then finally coming to the realization that marriage was not what I was here for. I had a mission and needed to concentrate on that. I was quite aware that many people would not understand my position and decisions. Still, I had to be true to myself.

Through the years, I have had visions of a sort, if “feeling” a vision can be considered one. I do have clairsentience. I have become aware that I am highly sensitive to other people’s energy when their attention is focused on me.

Although I love to write and probably seem to know a lot, I do not want to be or consider myself as a spiritual teacher. I’m not sure that I ever would. For that reason, I have chosen to shut off comments as I often get questions that I consider, frankly, a waste of my time. Those who are serious about inner growth are required to at least put some personal effort into the business and not expect to be handed ascension or enlightenment on a plate.

I am merely a person who is undergoing the ascension process. I have taken it upon myself to share some of my experiences, but my experiences and life is going to be very different from those people who are just coming online. This is not a criticism on my part of the newly awakened; far from it. It is merely that I incarnated in the first wave of lightworkers and star seeds that embodied after World War II; I’ve been on the path, in one way or another, all my life. It is what I came here for. It is why I am more sensitive in nature than many of the full-bloodied humans on this planet; I have a slightly different genetics, but I am one of you. I have grown up in this environment. I have incarnated many times here in different cultures, races, and time periods, for a purpose – to further the light quotient of the planet so it could return to the Light. Also, it is important that each individual learn to follow their own inner teacher, not someone like me. My writings are simply my way of expressing what I have learned. See me as an example, not a rule.

I just finished reading a book written by Paul Wallis, a fine author, presenter, a Christian and former minister and church deacon who has managed to break through at least to some degree his heavy conditioning in regards to the religion he is still devoted to… Paul started questioning the very foundations of the Bible when he recognized that the phrase “Lord” should actually be “the powerful ones”, meaning the word Elohim was plural, more than one… and given the savage rampages you find within the pages of the Old Testament, at least one of those Elohim had a serious anger management issue (Enlil masquerading as “God” and “YHWH”. While Paul has felt uneasy about straying from the religious dogma of his youth, I had little issue on breaking out of the Methodist teachings I encountered as a child and young. In fact, I consciously left the church when just 13 years of age. Intuitively I knew there was something awry with Christianity. Later on, I discovered some of the manipulations put into place to make Christianity more palatable to former “pagans”, people who were merely more in tune with their planet, in resonance with Her, with Gaia.

As an adult when I encountered such things during my life, I rejoiced; I did not turn away or wonder what my friends thought about me reading a book on shamanism, Gnostic Christianity, and the Goddess religions. I explored the worlds of fantasy, science and historical fiction. I had the curiosity and the courage to explore what was not generally accepted by my peers. It did not matter to me since I knew I was different already. Actually, it was more a matter of being “me”, being true to myself and following the intuitive nudges that took me in many different directions than my family members and friends.

In the late 1980’s I developed what came to known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This grouping of symptoms has remained somewhat controversial among the medical profession, simply because it is difficult to treat. What I found was with the intensification of the symptoms, I learned how to listen to my body. I became, I had to become more sensitive to the needs of my body than most people. I have learned to pace myself; if I’m overly tired, I rest. Sometimes I can be quite active and then I get hit with a wall of energy and need to assimilate, rest, and sometimes get extra sleep.

Around 2005 or so, I came across one of the first ascension “flu” symptom lists and realized that I had, at one time or another, experienced most of them. At some point, I realized I had been dealing with ascension symptoms for years, symptoms caused as the body attempts to detox, allowing for more light to enter its cells. The fatigue, the headaches, the loss and then gain of weight, dizziness, feeling toxic, being overwhelmed at times by emotions (not necessarily my own), having intense but forgotten dreams, experiencing visions, and receiving etheric “visitors”; all of these I experienced at one time or another over the past 25+ years. Ah, so that’s what has been going on, I thought – good!

Once I began to understand what was going on physically, it became easier for me to concentrate on releasing any remaining fears I had about my future here. I was ascending; it was what I came here to do. As I gained confidence in myself and my purpose, I started feeling more grounded and comfortable in my body. I let go of my issues with being in the third dimension; after all, I had signed on as a volunteer in good faith. Now it was up to me to work through the medium of the body and anchor all the light and love that I could and can in this world.

I’ll never be an activist or go out and protest all the ills that I see happening in the world. To react to the negativity is to give it power. I have and am constantly working on the darkness that remains in me or flows through me. I view it as dispassionately as I can, release it and let it go. All of our bodies are interconnected because, in reality, we are energy and respond intuitively to frequency and resonance.

So, I have been learning that in order to survive as a sensitive person in the third dimension there are certain things you must do. Keep in mind, this is what I have done – it wouldn’t necessarily meet the needs of someone who has a family or a lot of friends.

I have also learned that ascension for the starseeds and lightworkers often involves transmuting energies through the body, thence the widely divergent energy levels and symptoms that crop up from time to time, sometimes all the time. By accepting this as a matter of course, I have learned to relax more into the process. The energies are not letting up, but I am no longer concerned that it is something to do with my general health. No, I am just doing the work that I came here to do.

I have learned to let go of fear. Fear is widely used to control people and it has taken me great courage to do things that some people would consider foolish, like hiking by myself. Frequently I am asked by my friends if I am afraid when I go hiking alone. Simple answer, no. However, where I am living now, I do not have access to more than wild birds, squirrels, and the occasional rabbit.

I still crave quiet. I chose to listen to quiet music if I need to unwind from reading Telegram or working on my blog. I love the sound of wind blowing through the trees, the rushing flow of a river or the patter of rain on the roof. I also use a fan or air filter at night to cover up vehicular noises coming from a nearby street.

There are many ways to deal with being sensitive in the world as it transitions. One way I have learned is to turn ever more inward, centering on my heart center and making connection with Source and my inner guides.

In all, I feel that I have been rather successful in learning to cope as a sensitive in our culture, even though it would not appear that way to many people. I simply live as I feel is comfortable for me and release any concerns about how others might view my activities or lifestyle.

Every day I am learning more and more what resonates with me and leaving the rest behind. It is a matter of being you that is most important in the process of learning to accept others. Compassion, self-acceptance, self-forgiveness, humility, courage, and grace will hold anyone in good stead as the time for the shift approaches. Heart-centered joy is a good thing to practice, as well as gratitude for what you have, even if it doesn’t entirely meet the expectations of your ego. Gratitude is very important in helping to open the heart.
